摘要: A jet cleaning structure of a cleaning robot mainly comprising at least one jet port and one roller brush, wherein the jet port is disposed at a perimeter of a suction port at the bottom of the cleaning robot and is provided for ejecting air towards the underside of the suction port; the roller brush includes a shaft and a plurality of hard brush rods, wherein two ends of the shaft are disposed in a roller groove at the bottom of the cleaning robot, the plurality of hard brush rods is arranged in a straight or helical manner in equal parts on the shaft, when the cleaning robot is moving, the cleaning robot drives the shaft to rotate with respect to the moving direction of the cleaning robot so that the cleaning robot can use the plurality of hard brush rods to push away the fluff of the carpet and use the jet port to eject air to blow away the dust and foreign substance accumulated at the bottom of the fluff, thereby allowing the suction port disposed at the bottom of the cleaning robot to suck in the dust and foreign substance accumulated at the bottom of the fluff to the dust box and to effectively clean the carpet.

摘要: An auto re-directing robot able to adjust its moving paths automatically and a method thereof are disclosed in present invention. The auto re-directing robot has a control module, which may generate a signal standard value according to the bounced-back signals from an obstacle. Then, the control module determines a keep-away distance between the robot and the obstacle. In the case, the robot needs not to touch the obstacle repeatedly for determining whether it should change its moving path. In addition, when the robot encounters obstacles with different properties, the robot can adapt to change its paths automatically based on the properties of the obstacles.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a system for confining movement actions of a robot and a method thereof, the system comprising a virtual wall device and a robot, the virtual wall device is configured to receive a barrier detection signal in a predetermined receiving range and to emit a virtual wall signal, through the virtual wall signal, a work space can be virtually divided into a first work area and a second work area. The robot continuously emits the barrier detection signal during its operation and is able to receive the virtual wall signal; when the robot gets into the predetermined emitting range and receives the virtual wall signal, the robot decides to get across or escape by checking the information from the virtual wall signal with its passing record. Therefore, the system can be applied to confine the robot to operate in the first work area or the second work area.

摘要: The present invention discloses an obstacle-adaptive mechanism of a moving device, which uses a driving wheel, a driving gear, a passive wheel, a passive gear and an intermediate gear as a transmission mechanism, wherein the driving gear is connected to one side of the driving wheel, the passive gear is connected to one side of the passive wheel, the intermediate gear is disposed between the driving gear and the passive gear to keep the driving wheel and the passive wheel rotating in the same direction to help crossing an obstacle, thereby preventing the obstacle-adaptive mechanism from being stuck by the obstacle and allowing the obstacle-adaptive mechanism to successfully crossing the obstacle. Therefore, the obstacle-adaptive mechanism of the moving device can provide the ability for crossing obstacles.
