    摘要: There is provided an optical pickup actuator for actuating a lens holder having an object lens according to an interaction between coils and magnets. The optical pickup actuator includes a lens-seating portion formed on the lens holder to support the object lens and a lens guide portion protruding from the lens-seating portion to securely support the object lens. The lens guide portion has an adhesive confining groove in which adhesive can be injected to securely fix the object lens.

    摘要: An optical pick-up actuator is provided. The optical pick-up actuator includes a lens holder, a tracking coil, a focusing coil, and a magnet. The lens holder holds an objective lens. The tracking coil is wound with wire, is disposed at a central portion on both sides of the lens holder, and includes a horizontal width at a top thereof that is less than a horizontal width at a bottom thereof. The focusing coil is wound with wire, is disposed at a left and a right on both sides of the lens holder, and includes a horizontal width at a top thereof that is greater than a horizontal width at a bottom thereof. The magnet faces the tracking coil and the focusing coil.

    摘要: Disclosed is a magnetic circuit operable in multiple axes in an optical pick-up actuator. The optical pick-up actuator includes: a lens holder for receiving and moving an object lens in a predetermined direction; a magnetic circuit having; a plurality of coils series and parallel connected and attached to both sides of the lens holder; a yoke and a magnet faced with the coils, for generating and inducing different polarities in perpendicular directions. With such construction, the actuator moves the lens holder to tracking, focusing, tilting directions under control of a direction and intensity of a current by the magnetic circuit.

    摘要: An actuator for optical pick-up using the concentrated magnetization method that is capable of moving an objective lens converging a laser light beam onto an optical disc. In the actuator, a lens holder is attached to the objective lens. Coils are wound around the lens holder to receive a current. A permanent magnet constructs a magnetic circuit along with the coils to generate a driving force for the objective lens and is magnetized to concentrate a magnetic flux toward the coils. The actuator can improve a driving sensitivity in a wide frequency band with the aid of the permanent magnet in which a magnetic flux density concentrates on the effective surfaces of the coils.
