    摘要: This invention provides a joint connector which keeps connector housings in parallel in its temporary setting condition so as to eliminate a joining failure and prevent an abnormal load from being applied on a tab. More specifically, this invention provides a joint connector allowing connector housings to be joined together through plural stages with its front face overlaid on its rear face, wherein in the temporary setting condition before the connector housings (3) are joined together, joining protrusions (5) formed on the front face (3a) make contact with an opening peripheral portion of each of joining protrusion fitting holes (12) while connector temporary engaging faces (8a, 14a) of front face rear lock member (8) on the front face and back face rear lock member (14) on the back face (3b) are in contact with each other so as to maintain each of the connector housings (3,3) in a predetermined attitude.

    摘要: A first surface of an optical component has a lens function of converging the transmission light from a light source. A second surface reflects the transmission light, converged by the lens: function of the first surface, towards an end face of an optical transmission medium as the destination of transmission. The light reflected by the second surface is radaited from a coupling surface. Since the light beam from the light source is directed towards the optical transmission medium by exploiting the total reflection of light, a high-reflection multi-layer film or a polarization beam splitter film, required in a conventional apparatus employing a polarization beam splitter, is unneeded, with the result that the film forming cost or the cost in bonding two prisms used for fabricating the polarization beam splitter may be dispensed with. In this manner, the production cost or size of the apparatus can be reduced withut lowering the transmission/reception performance.

    摘要: The present invention aims to provide a crimp connector wherein a crimp contact inserted in a connector housing 11 can surely be fixed to the proper position and thereby contact reliability can be enhanced in the case of being connected with a coupling connector. According to the crimp connector 10 of the present invention, since a protrusion 14 formed on the crimp contact 13 is bent after having inserted the crimp contact into a contact slot 12, the crimp contact can be surely fixed to the proper position. Therefore, not only can contact reliability be enhanced in the case of being connected with a coupling connector, but also a misoperation can be excluded during crimp-connecting an electric wire W with a crimp punch. Moreover, since a receiving stand which is an integral part of a connector housing can be utilized during bending a protrusion, a shape of the bent protrusion may be uniform, holding force of the crimp contact may be increased, and any chance of a fracture by unusual deformation can be eliminated.

    摘要: A joint connector is provided with upper and lower housings and linkage terminals accommodated in the respective housings. Each linkage terminal comprises a plurality of terminals and carriers coupling the terminals. A plugging-in piece of each terminal projects below a bottom portion of each housing. A pair of spring pieces corresponding to the plugging-in piece is provided on each terminal. In the linkage terminal, carriers and plugging-in pieces are cut off according to a circuit configuration required. A connecting state among the terminals in one housing is set by the carriers. A connecting state among the terminals between the upper and lower housings are maintained by the plugging-in pieces. Thereby, a required circuit pattern is set in the upper and lower housings.

    摘要: To provide a smooth representation in half-tones of a record, the area of a dot recorded by a laser printer is controlled. Binary image information which is applied to the laser printer is examined to determine if it is isolated when it is to be recorded "black". When the laser printer is operated in the background exposure scheme, the off time of the laser which records an isolated "black" is increased whereas when the laser printer is operated in the image exposure scheme, the on time of the laser which records an isolated "black" is reduced. The control of the recorded area per dot is disclosed for one dimension array (in the direction of main scan X) and two dimension array (in the directions of main scan X and subscan Y). Also, the recorded area per dot can be controlled by controlling the transmission of laser beam through an AO modulator in a manner corresponding to the detection of the isolation.
