摘要: A zoom lens device has a zooming position detector consisting of a code plate and a brush device. The code plate is mounted to a front face of a shutter unit that is attached to a front end of an axial movement barrel. The axial movement barrel is located inside a helical movement barrel so as to be immovable in the axial direction relative to the helical movement barrel, but is rotated relative to the helical movement barrel for zooming. The brush device is mounted to an inner peripheral portion of a lens barrel that is located near the face of the shutter unit and rotates relative to the face of the shutter unit, such that the electric contact strips brush the code plate while the shutter unit rotates relative to the lens barrel for zooming. A zooming position of the zoom lens device is determined based on output signals from the brush device.

摘要: A photometric apparatus is capable of obtaining a precise photometric value without any saturation of a photometric output value even when measuring a light intensity of a flicker light source. The photometric apparatus has a photometric portion for measuring the field by use of a charge type photometric device, and a charge time determining portion for determining a value of a next charge time of the photometric device on the basis of an output value of the photometric portion and a value of the charge time at that time. The charge time determining portion determines the value of the next charge time so that a photometric output value in the next photometric process approximates a predetermined target value.

摘要: An exposure calculation device for use in a camera is, provided with a light metering device for effecting light metering in each of plural areas divided in the object field and generating a light metering signal, containing information relating to the color of the object in each area. A first judgment device judges, whether the object in each area is colored or uncolored based on the light metering signal, and determines colored areas in which the object is colored and uncolored areas in which the object is uncolored. A second judgment device judges whether a predetermined uncolored area contains a white or black object, based on the light metering signals from the colored areas and those from the uncolored areas. An exposure value determining device determines the exposure value according to the light metering signals, based on the results of judgment by the first and second judgment devices.

摘要: Photometry apparatus and method accurately measure the degree of illumination of an object to be photographed during a long accumulated time. Influence of flicker is diminished when the accumulated time is short. The apparatus includes a photometry circuit which accomplishes photometry of the object field utilizing a photometry element of the accumulation type, an accumulated time establishment component establishes the updated accumulated time value of the photometry element on the basis of input accumulated time value and the output value of the photometry circuit, a weighted average component obtains the weighted average of the output of the accumulated time establishment component and the accumulated time value of the previous occasion, a weighted average determination component determines the weight of the weighed average component, and an accumulation control component controls the accumulation operation of the photometry element on the basis of the output of the weighted average component.

摘要: Normally, movement of an object to be photographed is detected based upon the brightness information output by a photometric means, and the object to be photographed is followed up. During the exposure process the photometric means cannot perform photometry, and therefore the movement of the object to be photographed during exposure is predicted based upon the movement information for the object to be photographed detected before the start of the exposure process, and the position of the object to be photographed after the conclusion of the exposure process is obtained. When the exposure process has been completed, follow up of the object to be photographed is restarted from the predicted position which has been calculated. By doing this, the object to be photographed is not lost sight of after the exposure process has been completed, and it is possible to continue follow up of the object to be photographed from its predicted position.Further, when follow up of the object to be photographed by the follow up means has become impossible, forcibly the initial state before the start of follow up may be returned to. By doing this, the follow up target object can be again discerned in the initial state etc., and the photographer is able quickly to proceed to the next action.

摘要: The photometric device for a camera according to this invention enables calculation of an exposure value without carrying out a photometry again even when in at least a part of plural photometric regions exists a region whose brightness information is small. According to the photometric device which is equipped with a photometric unit for carrying out a photometry on a subject field which is divided into plural photometric regions to detect brightness information of each photometric region, thereby calculating the exposure value on the basis of the plural brightness information from the photometric unit, one of a first calculation mode in which the exposure value is calculated on the basis of the brightness information of each photometric region and a second calculation mode in which an average value of plural brightness information of the plural photometric regions is calculated and the exposure value is calculated on the basis of the average value is selected on the basis of the brightness information, and the exposure calculation value is calculated in accordance with the selected calculation mode.

摘要: The patch antenna disclosed is easily adjusting the resonant frequency even by manual operation and without requiring a grinding process. A patch antenna includes a radiating element 12 and an adjustment land section 20. A power supply section 11 is disposed in the radiating element 12. The adjustment land section 20 adjusts the resonant frequency of the radiating element 12. When the resonant frequency needs to be adjusted, the adjustment land section 20 and the radiating element 12 are short-circuited to change the element length as viewed from the power supply section 11. As a result, the resonant frequency of the radiating element 12 can be adjusted.

摘要: According to the apparatus, the method, the program, and the recording medium of the present invention, the amount of feed of a first zoom lens and the amount of feed of a second zoom lens corresponding to a magnification of the first zoom lens and a magnification of the second zoom lens which are close to each other are associated, and the amounts of feed of the first zoom lens and the second zoom lens corresponding to an arbitrarily designated magnification are set. Accordingly, the magnifications of the first zoom lens and the second zoom lens can be accurately made almost equal over the entire zoom range. Since the magnifications of the first zoom lens and the second zoom lens are made equal on the basis of the amounts of feed, effective pixels do not decrease, unlike magnification correction using an electronic zoom.
