Abstract: A joystick has a related control method to provide displayed object control function. The joystick includes a body, an image sensor and a processor. Abstract: A light source assembly for an optical touch device includes a linear light source and a plurality of prism pillars. The linear light source includes a lighting surface having a first side along a first direction and a second side along a second direction for emitting light. The first side is longer than the second side, and the first direction intersects the second direction. The prism pillars are disposed adjacent to the lighting surface and arranged along the first direction. Each of the prism pillars includes a first surface adjacent to the lighting surface and two reflection surfaces tilted toward each other for reflecting the light. The first surface is connected to the two reflection surfaces and parallel to the lighting surface. Each of the first surfaces is for receiving the emitted light, and each of the first surfaces and one of the reflection surfaces form a first angle.

Abstract: A handheld electronic device with touch control function is disclosed in the present invention. The handheld electronic device includes a housing, at least one optical detecting module and a control unit. The housing includes a display surface and a back surface opposite to each other. The housing further includes a top surface, a bottom surface and two lateral surfaces, respectively located between the display surface and the back surface. The optical detecting module is disposed on the lateral surface of the housing for detecting a movement of a touch medium. The control unit is electrically connected to the optical detecting module. The control unit outputs a control signal according to the movement of the touch medium.

Abstract: A light guide module is disclosed in the present invention. The light guide module includes a light guide plate, and an optical reflecting structure disposed on a bottom of the light guide plate. A beam is transmitted into the light guide plate through its side surface. Total internal reflection characters of the light guide plate is interfered by the optical reflecting structure, so that the beam can emit out of the light guide plate through a light emitting surface of the light guide plate. The optical reflecting structure includes a first reflecting layer disposed on the bottom, and a second reflecting layer formed above the first reflecting layer. The beam is absorbed by the first reflecting layer. The beam is reflected out of the light emitting surface via the second reflecting layer, and the second reflecting layer is between the first reflecting layer and the light guide plate.
