    摘要: An electrosurgical apparatus comprises an HF generator and an HF instrument, the HF instrument having a first switch and a second switch, the first switch being assigned a first operating state, and the second switch being assigned a second operating state of the HF generator, the first switch and the second switch further being connected to at least one control signal line, there being assigned, furthermore, to the first switch and the second switch signal coding means that, as a function of the switching state of the first and the second switch, generate from a control input signal different control output signals for the optional activation of the first operating state or of the second operating state of the HF generator, which are fed to the HF generator via the common control line, and the HF instrument furthermore having at least a third switch, which is assigned at least a third operating state of the HF generator. The third switch is connected to the at least one control signal line in such a way that, upon actuation of the third switch, a further control output signal is generated for the activation of the third operating state and is fed to the HF generator via the at least one control signal line.

    摘要: An apparatus for irrigating a body cavity with a liquid comprises an irrigation pump and, associated therewith, an irrigation conduit leading to the body cavity for feeding the liquid into the body cavity, and at least one suction conduit leading away from the body cavity and, associated therewith, a suction pump for drawing off the liquid from the body cavity, and a control circuit, which controls the irrigation pump and the suction pump such that the liquid passes through the body cavity substantially with a predetermined nominal pressure and a predetermined nominal flow rate. The control circuit controls the irrigation pump as a function of the nominal flow rate, while it controls the suction pump as a function of the nominal pressure.

    摘要: An apparatus is provided for insufflating gas into a bodily cavity of a human or animal body. The apparatus includes a gas source, a measuring device provided with sensors for sensing the actual gas pressure and the actual gas flow, and a control unit to which the output signals of the sensors are applied. The control unit triggers a pressure regulator, which reduces and regulates the pressure of the gas source to an adjustable insufflation pressure (desired gas pressure), and a flow regulator, which regulates the gas flow to an adjustable value (desired gas flow). For measuring the actual gas pressure, the control unit triggers the flow regulator in such a manner that the gas flow is set at a value between 10 and 40% of the desired gas flow during pressure measurement.

The tube pump according to this invention is distinguished in that the pump rollers can be shifted between two end positions, one of which positions (pumping position) permits the pumping operation and the other position (park position) permits a tube change without manual twisting of the pump head and without displacement of the tube bed.
