Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may measure, for a first beam group of a set of beam groups associated with the UE, a first channel busy ratio (CBR) for the first beam group. The UE may receive, from a second UE, an indication of a second CBR for a second beam group associated with the second UE. The UE may transmit, to the second UE using a beam included in the first beam group, a signal using one or more transmit parameters that are based at least in part on at least one of the first CBR or the second CBR. Abstract: A method of wireless communication performed by a first transmission and reception point (TRP), includes receiving a message indicating a measurement of a reference signal (RS) transmitted in a first band to a wireless device or one or more features of a second band estimated by the wireless device. The first TRP may operate in the second band not overlapping the first band, the one or more features comprise one or more of a channel characteristic, a signal strength, or a beam direction of the second band. The method also includes adjusting one or more parameters of the second band in response to receiving the message. The one or more parameters may include one or both of a channel or a beam direction. The method further includes transmitting signals to a user equipment (UE) in the second band according to the one or more adjusted parameters.

The UE may transmit the first PRACH preamble as part of a random access procedure based at least in part on the PRACH preamble configuration, wherein transmitting the first PRACH preamble enables a determination of a symbol boundary offset. The UE may transmit the second PRACH preamble as part of the random access procedure based at least in part on the PRACH preamble configuration, wherein transmitting the second PRACH preamble enables a determination of a symbol timing offset. Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for synchronization signal block (SSB) patterns with gaps. A method that may be performed by a network entity (e.g., a BS) generally includes determining a synchronization signal block (SSB) pattern that identifies SSB positions for sweeping a set of SSB beams over multiple SSB bursts with gaps between at least some of the SSB positions, wherein the SSB pattern identifies a subset of the set of SSB beams to use per SSB burst. The method generally includes transmitting SSBs over the multiple SSB bursts in accordance with the pattern.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to determining channel state information (CSI) on a component carrier. In an example operation, a device determines a mapping between first time-frequency resources corresponding to a first component carrier (CC) and second time-frequency resources corresponding to a second CC using a prediction algorithm. The device receives, from a base station, a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) on the first time-frequency resources corresponding to the first CC and measures first CSI on the first time-frequency resources corresponding to the first CC based on the received CSI-RS. The device further predicts second CSI on the second time-frequency resources corresponding to the second CC based on the measured first CSI using the prediction algorithm. The device then generates a CSI report based on the predicted second CSI and sends the CSI report to the base station.
