An LED lamp (10) includes a lamp base (100), an optical lens system (400), an LED (500) mounted in the optical lens system and a heat dissipation device (300) interconnecting the lamp base and the optical lens system. The heat dissipation device includes a heat sink (334) and a heat pipe (332). The heat sink includes a central block (3340), a plurality of fins (3342) mounted on an outer circumferential face of the central block and a receiving hole (3346) defined axially through the central block. The heat pipe is circumferentially retained in the receiving hole and in thermal contact with the LED.

The heat sink defines a plurality of notches incising the fins. The notches are angled towards the middle of the heat sink immediately under the motor-stator of the cooling fan.

An MRAM structure is disclosed where the distance from a bit line or word line to an underlying free layer in an MTJ is small and well controlled. As a result, the bit line or word line switching current is reduced and tightly distributed for better device performance. A key feature in the method of forming the MRAM cell structure is a two step planarization of an insulation layer deposited on the MTJ array. A CMP step flattens the insulation layer at a distance about 60 to 200 Angstroms above the cap layer in the MTJ. Then an etch back step thins the insulation layer to a level about 50 to 190 Angstroms below the top of the cap layer. Less than 5 Angstroms of the cap layer is removed. The distance variation from the free layer to an overlying bit line or word line is within +/−5 Angstroms.

A personal care composition is provided having a fragrance which incorporates limonene, gamma terpinene, ethylene brassylate or combinations thereof in conjunction with a quaternary ammonium salt. The salt has a structure AB, wherein A is a cationic charge component, B is an anionic charge component, and A has one quaternized nitrogen atom, at least two hydroxyl groups and a molecular weight no higher than about 250. The quaternary ammonium salt functions as a scent boosting agent to enhance volatilization of the fragrance components when the personal care composition is first applied to skin or hair of the human body.

A composition capable of coating a substrate and curing to provide a hydrophobic film inhibiting corrosion, the composition comprising: (a) a bis-silane comprising between about 0.5 weight percent to about 50 weight percent of the composition; and (b) a water soluble or dispersible polymer comprising between 10 weight percent to about 80 weight percent of the composition. A further exemplary superprimer in accordance with the instant invention includes a composition capable of coating a substrate and curing to provide a hydrophobic film inhibiting corrosion, the composition comprising: (a) a mixture of silanes; (b) a dispersible or soluble resin; and (c) an aqueous or non-aqueous solvent. Moreover, the invention includes the aforementioned superprimer composition, wherein the mixture of silanes includes at least one of a bis-sulfur silane, a bis-benzene silane, a bis-alkane silane, a bis-alkene silane, and a bis-amino silane.

These methods may be used to treat a disease, such as cancer. One example of a composition is a composition comprising a siNA component that binds to a nucleotide sequence encoding ZNF306 protein and a lipid component. One example of a method is a method of treating cancer.

Following CMP, a magnetic tunnel junction stack may protrude through the oxide that surrounds it, making it susceptible to possible shorting to its sidewalls. The present invention overcomes this problem by depositing silicon nitride spacers on these sidewalls prior to oxide deposition and CMP. So, even though the stack may protrude through the top surface of the oxide after CMP, the spacers serve to prevent possible later shorting to the stack.
