The IAB node may establish a second connection with the first IAB donor CU via the second parent DU, the first connection and the second connection forming a target path between the IAB node and the first IAB donor CU. Abstract: A method performed by a first sidelink (SL) user equipment (UE) includes receiving a downlink control information (DCI) from a number of coupled DCIs. The DCI grants reception of a number of scheduled physical SL shared channels (PSSCHs) over an unlicensed SL carrier, and requests a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) response for the scheduled PSSCHs. The method also includes receiving at least one of the PSSCHs from a second SL UE. The method further includes transmitting the HARQ response based on the at least one received PSSCH.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may detect a radio link failure between the UE and a master node of a dual-connectivity configuration. The UE may transmit, to a secondary node in the dual-connectivity configuration, an indication that the radio link failure has occurred. The secondary node may receive the indication of a radio link failure and transmit the indication of the radio link failure to the master node of the dual-connectivity configuration. The master node may identify a target node for the UE and perform a handover procedure of the UE from the master node to the target node.

Abstract: Example implementations include a method, apparatus and computer-readable medium of wireless communication at a secondary node (SN), comprising determining to perform conditional primary SCG cell (PSCell) change (CPC) of a user equipment (UE) to one of a set of target primary SCG cells within the SN different from a current primary SCG cell. The implementations further include generating a secondary cell modification message including identification information for the set of target primary SCG cells for the CPC. Additionally, the implementations further include transmitting the secondary cell modification message including the identification information for the set of target primary SCG cells for the CPC to a master node (MN) associated with the UE. Additionally, the implementations further include receiving a response message from the MN indicating a confirmation or a rejection of the secondary cell modification message. Example method, apparatus and computer-readable medium of wireless communication at the MN are included.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses for maintaining continuity of a buffer status report (BSR) from a user equipment (UE) when the UE is handed over between base stations. In one aspect, a base station or a component thereof may be configured to allocate a set of resources for transmission by a UE. The set of resources may have a capacity that is insufficient for an amount of data indicated by a BSR from the UE. The base station or component thereof may be further configured to transmit, to another base station in association with handover of the UE, an indication that the capacity of the set of resources is insufficient for the amount of the data indicated by the BSR.

Abstract: A delta configuration is signaled for handover of a wireless communication device (e.g., a user equipment, UE) from a first form of connectivity to a second form of connectivity. For example, a UE with master cell group (MCG) connectivity may be handed-over to multiple radio access technology-dual connectivity (MR-DC). In some examples, a UE with standalone (SA) connectivity may be handed-over to non-standalone (NSA) connectivity (e.g., dual connectivity). In conjunction with this handover the UE may be signaled as to whether the UE is to reuse a configuration from the first connectivity mode during the second connectivity mode.
