摘要： Golf club heads are releasably engaged with shafts so that the club heads and shafts can be readily interchanged and/or so that the shaft position with respect to the club head can be readily changed. Assemblies for connecting the club head and shaft may include: (a) a shaft engaging member including a rotation-inhibiting structure; (b) a club head engaging member including a shaft-receiving chamber and a retaining structure for engaging the rotation-inhibiting structure; and (c) a securing system for releasably securing the shaft engaging member with respect to the club head engaging member. The club head and shaft may be changed by releasing the securing system and exchanging the original parts with different parts. Furthermore, the shaft may be bent or otherwise extend at an angle from the shaft engaging member so as to allow adjustment of the shaft position with respect to the club head.

摘要： A fitting system cart is provided for golf club heads and shafts which have releasable connections between the golf club head and the shaft. The fitting system cart includes a base with a back panel, two side panels, and a top panel which all define an interior portion, a shaft container, and a set of golf club head cases. The fitting system cart may include two door panels connected to the base and movable between an open and closed position. The fitting system cart may include a set of cases for carrying golf club heads. The cases may have a bottom portion for holding golf club heads and a top portion connected to the bottom portion, wherein the top portion rotates between an open and a closed position. The shaft container may have a configuration wherein the shaft container is closed, and a configuration wherein the shaft container is open.

摘要： A single-chip microcomputer comprises a central processor unit (100), a random access memory (110), a read only memory (120), internal timing circuitry including a timer counter (131), and three I/O data ports (140, 150, and 160). Included within the instruction set of the microcomputer are a branch on bit set instruction and a branch on bit clear instruction. The branch on bit set instruction is a three-byte instruction in which the first byte represents the op code including a designation of a particular bit to be examined, the second byte represents the address of a memory location in which the designated bit is to be examined, and the third byte represents an offset which when combined with the contents of the program counter designates a memory location to which a branch is to be taken if the designated bit is in fact set. For the branch on bit clear instruction, a branch is performed when the particular bit examined is determined not to be set. The branch on bit set and branch on bit clear instructions facilitate serial I/O operations by the microcomputer.

摘要： An MOS low voltage detector circuit includes a comparator which compares an internally generated reference voltage with an internally generated non-linear voltage. Both the reference voltage and the non-linear voltage are derived from a supply voltage, and the comparator generates an output whenever the divided down non-linear voltage falls below the reference voltage. This output is supplied to a series of regularly biased MOS inverter stages which not only amplify the comparator output but also amplify the inherent offset error in the comparator itself. Voltage compensating means may also be included in the comparator.

摘要： Golf clubs and golf club heads having a weight member that is configurable in multiple positions to alter the performance characteristics of the golf club head are presented. In some examples, the weight member may be arranged in a sole of the golf club head and may include ends having different weighting characteristics. For instance, one end may be heavier or denser than another end of the weight member. The difference in weight characteristics may be due to different materials used to form the different ends, different construction of the ends, and the like. The position of the weight member may be adjusted to alter the performance characteristics of the golf club head. For instance, the weight member may be removed and rotated to position a heavier end where a lighter end was previously positioned.

The indicator is located in an area between the face grooves and proximate a lateral center of the ball striking surface, and includes at least one indent in the ball striking surface. The indent has a depth that is substantially less than a depth of any of the face grooves. Methods associated with such ball striking devices are also provided.
