摘要： Disclosed is a constantly-meshing-type multi-stage transmission which can be operated with small forces, does not need a clutch for gear shift, has no loss of changeover time at the time of gear shift, and in which a loss of the driving force is prevented. Driven gears n1, n2, . . . n5 are supported on a hollow driven gear shaft 12 in a manner engageable with and disengageable from a hollow driven gear shaft 12 via swing pawl members 24, 25. The transmission has first engaging means 25 for engaging the gear shaft 12 with a first driven gear n1, so as to effect synchronous rotation thereof; and second engaging means 25 for engaging the gear shaft 12 with a second gear n2, one step lower in reduction gear ratio than the first gear n1, so as to effect synchronous rotation thereof. When making an upshift by changing over the engaging means 25 from the engagement with the first gear n1 to the engagement with the second gear n2, the gear shift is made by engaging the second gear n2 with the gear shaft 12 through the second engaging means 25 while the first gear n1 is being in engagement with the gear shaft 12 through the first engaging means 25.

The endoscope can be structurally separated into an insertion part and a proximal holding part continuously extending from the insertion part. The endoscope can include a light guide arranged from a distal end of the insertion part through the proximal holding part. The proximal holding part can be provided with a light guide joint section where an entrance end face of the light guide is fixed. The small-sized light source unit can be constructed and arranged to be removably connected with the light guide joint section. The small-sized light source unit can include a plurality of small-sized LEDs, a batter configured to power the plurality of LEDs, and a compounding optical system configured to compound light emitted by the plurality of small-sized LEDs.

The package effectively prevents the breakage of the sealing before the breakage of the bridge that connects the TE band, and can be favorably resealed.

A derailer includes an arm which supports a tension pulley and a pulley support member which supports a guide pulley. The arm is provided with engagement recovery-guiding parts for causing respectively derailed parts of a chain, which are derailed from the orbital plane of the tension pulley, to engage with the tension pulley. The pulley support member is provided with a first extending part and a second extending part for the purpose of causing derailed parts of a chain, which has been derailed from the orbital plane of the guide pulley, to engage with the guide pulley.
