    摘要: Provided is a connector for connecting an electronic component, which reduces noise radiation when the electronic component is connected to a substrate through the connector and driven. In a connector (100), a connector main body (130) stores a module (210) inside an opening section (110), and the connector main body is mounted on the substrate by being electrically connected to the stored module (210). The connector main body (130) is provided with a contact lead section (120b) which is lead out to the side of the connector main body (130) to be bonded to a conductor on the substrate. A cover member (160) which opens and closes by turning with a shaft section (161) at the center is pivotally supported on the connector main body (130), and the opening section (110) is covered with the cover member (160) from above. The cover member (160) is provided with a conductive skirt section (170) for covering the contact lead section (120b) from above in a closed state.

    摘要: A connection terminal that can be brought into stable one-point contact with an electrode and that allows for a smooth connecting operation, even in the case of small contact pads or other such electrodes for establishing electrical contact. A socket contact as the connection terminal is provided to an electronic-component connector having an open portion into which a module is inserted. The socket contact comes into contact at the distal end with an electrode of the module in a direction that intersects with the connecting direction of the module when the module is inserted. The socket contact has a contact part having a contact trunk that protrudes into the opening from the proximal-end side, and a contact point provided to the distal end of the contact trunk. The concave electrode of the module slides from the proximal-end side of the contact part to the distal-end side, and the contact part narrows towards the front surface.

    摘要: An electronic-component connector that forms a secure detachable connection and is packaged in a small space even when the electronic component is a module or other component that is linked to an optical waveguide or other signal transfer member, and transmits and receives a signal such as an optical signal via the transfer member. An optical waveguide extends from a first side of a module that is connected to the connector. The connector body of the electronic-component connector has an open portion for accommodating a module inserted from the open side. A socket contact portion for contacting a connection terminal of the module is provided to the open portion. A lead-out path is formed in the shape of a groove in the connector body that is communicated with the open portion, and leads out the optical waveguide from the connector body. A cover member is attached to the connector body so as to be able to open and close, and the member secures the module inside the open portion.

    摘要: A connector which includes a connector socket and a mated connector plug to be fitted into the connector socket has a socket body which includes upper and lower terminal holding portions. The upper and lower terminal holding portions each have a plurality of terminals which are arranged in a row along the width direction of the socket body. The upper and lower terminal holding portions are arranged so as to face each other through a predetermined spacing. The connector socket further has a rib for maintaining the spacing between the upper and lower terminal holding portions for preventing both the terminal holding portions from being deformed so that they approach each other. The rib is integrally formed with the upper and lower terminal holding portions and arranged substantially at the center of the width direction of the socket body. The mated connector plug has a plate member which is inserted into the spacing when the connector plug is connected to the connector socket.
