摘要： A high-strength steel sheet includes: 0.03 to 0.20% of C, 0.08 to 1.5% of Si, 0.5 to 3.0% of Mn, 0.05% or less of P, 0.0005% or more of S, 0.008 to 0.20% of acid-soluble Ti, 0.0005 to 0.01% of N, more than 0.01% of acid-soluble Al, and 0.001 to 0.04% of one or both of Ce and La in terms of mass %; and the balance including Fe and inevitable impurities. The ratio of (Ce+La)/acid-soluble Al is equal to or more than 0.1 and the ratio of (Ce+La)/S is in the range of 0.4 to 50 in a mass base, and the density of the number of inclusions, having a circle equivalent diameter of 2 μm or less, which are present in the steel sheet is equal to or more than 15/mm2.

摘要： When a receiver (200) receives a signal transmitted from a transmitter, an A/D converter (204) converts the signal into a digital signal having two or more levels by A/D conversion. A zero-level detector (207) converts the signal into a two-level digital signal of positive and negative levels. The converted signals are subjected to spectrum despreading by correlators (206, 208), respectively. Whichever signal has a higher intensity is selected by absolute value detectors (209, 210), a comparator (211), and a switch (212). A decoder (213) decodes the selected signal. In a receiving state where the zero-level detector (207) is selected, the transmitter transmits the transmission signal after the signal is converted into a two-level signal. In a receiving state where the A/D converter (204) is selected, the transmitter transmits the transmission signal after the signal is converted into a signal having two or more levels.

The resin composition can be molded into a molded article with electric insulation. The electric resistivity of the molded article has sufficient electric insulation in applications such as in electric and electronic parts.

摘要： A shock absorbing device for a watercraft propeller is provided that can include an outer tube unitarily formed with blades of a propeller. An inner tube can be coupled with a propeller shaft. An intermediate tube can be positioned between the outer tube and the inner tube. A first damping means can be placed between the intermediate tube and the outer tube. A second damping means can be placed between the intermediate tube and the inner tube. One of the damping means can include a rubber damper interposed between the inner tube and the intermediate tube, and an engaging means for limiting an angle range in which the inner tube and the intermediate tube can be rotatable relative to each other to a predetermined angle range. The rubber damper can have a spring constant with which elastic deformation thereof begins at a moment that the propeller shaft initiates its rotation. The other damping means includes a torque limiter (tolerance rings 16) having a circumferential surface that slips against frictional resistance.

摘要： A Micro-cell is formed to include a plurality of spot-cells. Communication is executed between a micro-cell base station and a mobile terminal in the micro-cell, and between a spot-cell base station and the mobile terminal in the spot cell. The micro-cell base station and spot-cell base stations are connected to an integrated base station. A signal transmitted to the micro-cell base station from the mobile terminal is transferred to the integrated base station and information transmitted to the mobile terminal is transferred to the micro-cell base station and/or spot-cell base station from the integrated base station. The respective integrated base stations are connected to a server via a dedicated backbone to enable a large-capacity transmission.
