摘要: A detection area adjustment apparatus automatically detects the entire target detection area without producing any dead areas and without requiring cameras to be previously fixed at regular intervals, even in the case where a camera is broken. The detection area adjustment apparatus includes plural camera terminals. Each of the plural camera terminals includes a camera whose detection area is adjustable, an adjustment unit that adjusts the position of the detection area by controlling the camera, and a communication unit that communicates the detection area information indicating the detection area of the camera. The adjustment unit adjusts the position of the detection area of the camera in the current camera terminal so that the total area of the detection areas of the plural camera terminals covers the entire target detection area based on the detection area of the camera in the current camera terminal and the detection areas of the cameras in the other camera terminals.

The relay transmission device includes: an optimization coefficient storage unit (1608) that stores, for each cooperative relay device, a self-optimization coefficient for weighting an amount of data determined by a self-optimization flow control unit (1603) and a total optimization coefficient for weighting an amount of data determined by a total optimization flow control unit (1604); and a balance adjustment unit (1605) that compares, for each cooperative relay device, an influence of congestion caused by transmission bandwidth allocation contention on the relay transmission device and an influence of congestion caused by transmission bandwidth allocation contention on the cooperative relay device, and adjusts the self-optimization coefficient and the total optimization coefficient based on a result of the comparison.

A cargo net 1 comprises a first partition member 2 and a second partition member 3 having one end 3a thereof connected with one end of the first partition member 2, so that it is detachably attached to a luggage compartment 5 of a vehicle 4. The first and second partition members 2, 3 are formed into a pouched shape, each including an openable and closable portion 12 near the center of the luggage compartment 5. 摘要: An apparatus for manufacturing a composite structure body is provided which forms structure body having the constitution in which the crystals of more than one type of brittle material are dispersed and having novel properties without involving a heating/sintering process. The apparatus includes an aerosol generator configured to generate an aerosol. The aerosol is generated through dispersing fine particles of more than one type of brittle material, or dispersing composite fine particles, in a gas. The apparatus also includes a nozzle configured to spray the aerosol, a classifier configured to classify the brittle material fine particles in the aerosol, and a disintegrating machine for disintegrating agglomerations of the brittle material fine particles in the aerosol. The composite structure body is manufactured in reduced pressure conditions by bombarding a substrate with the aerosol at a high velocity, whereby at least one of crystals and microstructures of said brittle materials are dispersed.

摘要: A method of inspecting patterns, including: adjusting a brightness of at least one of a first bright field image and a second bright field image detected from a specimen and directed to similar patterns on differing parts of the specimen, so as to more closely match a brightness; comparing the images which are adjusted in brightness to match with each other to detect dissimilarities indicative of a defect of the pattern, wherein in adjusting the brightness, the brightness between the first bright field image and the second bright field image is adjusted by performing a gradation conversion of at least one of the brightness between the first bright field image and the second bright field image; and wherein in the comparing, said defect of the pattern is detected by using information of a scattered diagram of brightness of the first bright field image and the second bright field image.
