Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided, which the display panel including a display substrate, a counter substrate, and a backlight. The display substrate includes a first thin film transistor layer, a touch electrode, and a pixel definition layer. The substrate includes a second thin film transistor layer and a photosensitive component. The second thin film transistor layer has a plurality of thin film transistors. The photosensitive component is connected to an underside of the second thin film transistor layer. The photosensitive component receives a reflected light of a user's fingerprint to identify an identification of the user.

Abstract: Disclosed is a GOA driving circuit. In screen awakening stage, the first global control signal (Gas1) controls the twelfth thin film transistor (T12) to be activated for realizing the All Gate On function, and meanwhile controls the eleventh thin film transistor (T11) to be activated to pull down the voltage level of the second node (P(n)); in reset stage, the reset signal (Reset) controls the first thin film transistor (T1) to reset the voltage level of the second node (P(n)), and to set the duration of the single pulse of the reset signal (Reset) to be at least the sum of durations of initial pulses of the first, second clock signals; in touch scan stage, the second global control signal (Gas2) controls the thirteenth thin film transistor (T13) to be activated to make the output ends of the GOA units of the respective stages output composite signals (CS).

Abstract: Disclosed is a GOA circuit. By locating the thirteenth thin film transistor (T13) coupled with the tenth thin film transistor (T10) in series and controlled by the Mth clock signal (CK(M)) in the output module (400) of the nth stage GOA unit, as entering signal interrupt and performing touch scan, the output competition of the output ends (G(n)) can be prevented; by locating the twelfth thin film transistor (T12) controlled by the global control signal (Gas) in the output end pull-down module (600), and by setting the composite signal (CS) to be the pulse signal consistent with the touch scan signal as entering signal interrupt and performing touch scan, the twelfth thin film transistors (T12) of the GOA units of all stages can be activated, and the output ends of the GOA units of all stages outputs the composite signal (CS) consistent with the touch scan signal (TP).

The control chip is used for pulling a first clock signal and a first voltage reference signal to a first voltage level.
