The tracking area management apparatus may compare the reported identifiers with a prestored pattern and assign a tracking area to the user terminal based on the comparison.

The radio base station is configured to transmit user common data using a shared data channel, transmit associated control information using an associated control channel, and transmit broadcast information using a broadcast channel. The mobile station is configured to receive the shared data channel, the associated control channel and the broadcast channel. The mobile station is further configured to analyze the broadcast information and the associated control information. The broadcast information includes information indicating transmission timing of the associated control channel. The associated control information includes information of a radio parameter of the shared data channel and includes distribution information indicating multicasting time of the user common data.

A scheme of identifying the UE in the radio physical control channel is modified depending on the type of the logical channel.

摘要： A downlink packet scheduling method is disclosed for a shared channel or a common channel in a mobile communication system between a base station and a mobile station, the method including a step in which the base station determines whether there is a waiting packet to be transmitted to the mobile station other than a current transmission packet; a step in which when it is determined that there is no waiting packet to be transmitted, the base station sets a stop period “t” in which packet transmission is temporarily stopped after the current packet transmission; a step in which the base station transmits information indicating the stop period “t” through a schedule information channel transmitting schedule information of downlink packets; and a step in which the base station stops the packet transmission to the mobile station during the stop period “t” after the current packet transmission.
