    摘要: A communication device includes a network side communication unit that receives emergency information from an information broadcasting node; and a UE side communication unit that communicates a communication signal with user equipment (UE) through a radio base station. The UE side communication unit broadcasts a Secondary Notification signal including the emergency information, subsequent to broadcasting a Primary Notification signal providing notice of broadcasting of the emergency information, and individually transmitting a command signal for transition of an RRC protocol state or switching to another cell to the UE. The transition of the RRC protocol state is from a state where reception of the emergency information is disabled to a state where reception of the emergency information is enabled, and the other cell is such that the UE can receive the Secondary Notification signal, irrespective of the RRC protocol state of the UE.

    摘要: When a network pages the temporary user mobile identifier of a mobile station, the mobile station sends a response to the network. Next, the network checks the authenticity of the user using a ciphering key, corresponding to the temporary user mobile identifier and a random number. If the temporary user mobile identifier is authenticated, a normal incoming call acceptance procedure is executed. If the mobile station is authenticated although the temporary user mobile identifier is wrong, the network reassigns a new temporary user mobile identifier to the mobile station and stops the current communication. In communication, the network and the mobile station mutually notify encipherment-onset time and negotiate about encipherment manner with each other. In addition, diversity handover is commenced upon a call attempt. Furthermore, if a branch replacement is necessary, the current branch is replaced by new branches capable of executing the diversity handover. Additionally, when a new call occurs to or from the mobile station capable of treating a plurality of calls simultaneously, the mobile station uses the same branch structure and the same communication frequency band for all of calls. Additionally, when a new call occurs to or from the mobile station capable of treating a plurality of calls simultaneously, a branch structure and a communication frequency band, which can continue all of the calls, are selected and used. Therefore, the mobile communications system is suitable for transmission of various sorts of data in accordance with the development of multimedia.

    摘要: Loss in a transmission path cost, transmission delay of user data, and load applied on a transmission path are suppressed between a transmission device and a base transceiver station to be selected for every call at the time of originating communication. There is provided a table in which an identical identifier is applied to the transmission device and the base transceiver station that are close to each other in distance including a consideration of a network topology. The transmission device and the base transceiver station to be used for setting up a communication path are selected on the basis of the identifier. The table is composed of: a table A indicative of a correspondence relationship between the identifier to be applied in accordance with a distance from a given device in consideration of the network topology; and a table B indicative of a correspondence relationship between the identifier and the transmission device. The transmission device is selected by referring to these tables.
