摘要： An assembly fixture for fixing a part/component to a printed circuit board includes a platform, an elevating unit, and a carrying body. The platform has a receiving area and a plurality of positioning pillars. The elevating unit is disposed on the platform. The carrying body is coupled with the elevating unit, configured to correspond in position to the receiving area, configured to carry the printed circuit board, and provided therein with a plurality of through holes corresponding in position to the positioning pillars, respectively. The elevating unit is capable of descending to enable the positioning pillars to protrude from the printed circuit board and the through holes, respectively, for positioning the part/component on the printed circuit board. The assembly fixture is effective in positioning the part/component on the printed circuit board to render an assembly process of the printed circuit board easy, quick, safe, and precise.

摘要： A system and method for file transfer via an exclusive line is for use with at least two local area networks (LANs) connected via an exclusive line and each having at least a client and a server. The method includes: when a client sends an upload instruction, storing upload files in the server in the same LAN as the client;when a client sends a download instruction, searching the server in one of the LANs for download files specified by the download instruction, if it is not found, searching the server of the other LAN via the exclusive line and further shadow copying the found download files to the server of the other LAN via the exclusive line to allow the client of the same LAN to download, thereby providing proximate end downloading services and solving the conventional drawbacks of exclusive-line overloading, network congestion, low transmission speed and high cost.

摘要： A fixing structure for a battery positions the battery in a casing of an electronic device. The fixing structure includes at least a connecting portion, at least a locking portion, and a receiving portion. The connecting portion is on one side of the battery and with a waterproof element. The locking portion is on the other side of the battery and is opposite to the connecting portion. The receiving portion is on the casing and with a first inserting portion and a plurality of second inserting portions. The first inserting portion and the second inserting portions correspond in position to the connecting portion and the locking portion respectively. Hence, the fixing structure protects the electronic device against permeation of water and ensures secure positioning of the battery.

摘要： A network phone includes a base unit, a handset unit and a coiled wire cord connecting the handset unit and the base unit. The base unit is connected to at least one network line for receiving a first digital communication signal or transmitting a second digital communication signal via the network line, and further combining the power of the handset unit with the first digital communication signal so as to form an integrated communication signal. The handset unit decomposes the integrated communication signal back into power and the first digital communication signal. The coiled wire cord is adapted to transmit the integrated communication signal from the base unit to the handset unit, or to transmit the second digital communication signal from the handset unit to the base unit, thereby providing a net-phone device with signal conversion functionality with a coiled wire cord.
