摘要： The present invention provides a cartridge accommodating a disk therein which is inserted into a cartridge holder, the cartridge holder being provided with a mis-insertion protection member. The mis-insertion protection member is located within an insertion path along which the cartridge is inserted into the cartridge holder. The cartridge has a substantially rectangular shape. The cartridge has a corner portion at each of four corners of the substantially rectangular shape, the corner portion being shaped so as to abut on the mis-insertion protection member to move the mis-insertion protection member out of the insertion path. The cartridge has at least two mis-insertion protection mechanisms for engaging with the mis-insertion protection member so as to prevent the cartridge from being mis-inserted. The cartridge has two side surfaces which are substantially perpendicular to a surface of the disk aid extend along a direction substantially parallel to a direction in which the cartridge is inserted into the cartridge holder. A mis-insertion protection mechanism of the at least two mis-insertion protection mechanisms is provided on each of the side surfaces.

摘要： A disk cartridge of the present invention comprises a case body (101) having a disk-storage portion and an opening/closing cover (201) having a pair of disk holding members (202) that hold a disk (10) in its inplane direction. The accommodated disk (10) is loaded together with the opening/closing cover (201) into an adapter having compatibility with a large disk cartridge. Thus, information can be, for example, reproduced from the disk (10) in a drive unit designed for a large disk cartridge via the adapter. Moreover, a series of operations can be conducted without touching the disk directly.

摘要： When a cell in a first system which follows a transmission loss to control an uplink transmit power neighbors a cell in a second system which follows channel fading to control an uplink transmit power, a quality of an uplink signal in the cell in the first system is maintained. The base station includes an uplink signal and interference power measuring unit which measures a desired signal power and an interference signal power from a received signal; an SIR calculating unit which calculates a receive quality for transmit power control from the desired signal power and the interference signal power; a TPC command generating unit which generates transmit power control information in accordance with results of comparing the receive quality for the transmit power control with a predetermined target receive quality; and a signal transmitting unit which transmits, to a user apparatus, a control signal which includes the transmit power control information and resource information which indicates radio resources for the uplink signal, wherein the SIR calculating unit calculates the receive quality for the transmit power control with a calculating method in accordance with communications conditions in a cell of the base station.
