摘要: The invention provides a connecting structure of a circuit board, a connecting part of the circuit board, and an electronic device capable of alleviating a temperature difference between the connecting parts under hot pressure welding. A connecting structure 10 of a circuit board comprises a first circuit board 11 and a second circuit board 12, with a first connecting part 15 and a second connecting part 16 opposedly disposed via an adhesive 13. The first connecting part 15 and the second connecting part 16 are pinched by a pair of pressurizing jigs 20 and subjected to hot pressure welding so that first circuit patterns 17 and second circuit patterns 18 are in contact with each other. In the connecting structure 10 of the circuit board, the first circuit board 11 is a soft base material 21, and a heat-insulating layer 28, having lower thermal conductivity than the soft base material 21, is provided on only a part 27 of the region corresponding to the first connecting part 15 on the rear surface 21B of the soft base material 21.

摘要: A waterproof connector sealing member has a plurality of electrical wire insertion holes that extend between the two main surfaces of a flat plate-shaped sealing main body. A plurality of projecting ribs are provided on the inner wall surface of each of the electrical wire insertion holes, and the projecting ribs of respectively adjacent electrical wire insertion holes are provided in different positions with respect to each other along the axial direction of the electrical wire insertion holes. Relief grooves are formed in the sealing main body in positions adjacent to the electrical wire insertion holes in the vicinity of the outer edges of this sealing main body, with each of these relief grooves extending from one of the main surfaces that is closer to the projecting rib of the adjacent electrical wire insertion hole provided toward the outside in the axial direction.

摘要: A double-lock connector includes a double-lock member, which can be used for locking the contacts in contact cavities arranged in a staggered pattern and which provides for a smooth operation when the double-lock member is shifted from a temporary-latched position to a fully-latched position. The double-lock member 50 has two elongated arms 51a, 51b which can slide along the outer surfaces of side walls of an inner housing 20. Along the elongated arms 51a, 51b, locking members 60are provided, which are arranged at fixed intervals in a longitudinal direction and facing inside. The cross section of the locking members 60 is of an L-shaped configuration and they lock electrical contacts 100 in contact cavities 30 when the double-lock member is in the fully-latched position. Along outside surfaces of the housing 20, grooves 28 of L-shaped cross section are formed into which the latching members 60 are disposed. Due to the fact that the latching members 60 are disposed within the grooves 28, the arms 51a, 51b are retained against outer surfaces of side walls of the inner housing 20 when the double-lock member 50 is moved therealong.

摘要: The sealing member (100) for a waterproof connector has three outward-facing projecting rib parts (106) and three inward-facing projecting rib parts (108). The outward-facing projecting rib parts (106a, 106b, 106c) have substantially the same height, and the projecting rib parts (106a and 106c) on both sides are flexible. The height of the central inward-facing projecting rib part (108b) is lower than the height of the inward-facing projecting rib parts (108a, 108c). The sealing member (100) is mounted on one (male) connector in the area of the inward-facing projecting rib parts (108). This sealing member (100) contacts the other (female) connector (50) in the area of the outward-facing projecting rib parts (106); in this case, the central projecting rib parts 106b, 108b) are displaced downward, and the outward-facing projecting rib parts (106a, 106c) are inclined inward.

摘要: A waterproof connector which makes it possible to extend wires from a housing at a narrow pitch while waterproofing the wires, and which makes it possible to obtain a highly-reliable waterproofing effect, and a waterproofing-housing member which is used in the waterproof connector. The waterproof connector (10) has a housing (20) and a waterproofing-housing member (30). The waterproofing-housing member (30) includes an inner member (33) and outer members (31, 32) which are formed as integral members of the inner member (33) via hinge members (41, 42). The inner member (33) and outer members (31, 32) are formed so that the members are capable of engaging with each other. When the waterproofing-housing member (30) is engaged on a rear side of the housing (20), the waterproofing-housing member (30) is fastened to the housing (20) while a space between the waterproofing-housing member (30) and the housing (20) is waterproofed; at the same time, the wires (100) are waterproofed and extend rearward.

摘要: A digital input signal is divided into signal components in plural frequency ranges by band division filters. The signal components thus obtained are divided in time into signal components in blocks in the respective frequency bands, and are also sent to a transient detector, which determines a transient state for each blocks. Changing an allowed noise level calculating circuit in response to the determined transient states, or any similar method, alters the quantizing bit numbers allocated to each block by an adaptive bit allocation circuit. The allocated bit numbers are altered depending upon the transient state of each block to improve the signal-to-noise ratio in blocks including a transient. Quantizing noise pre echo occurring before the transient, a phenomenon that is offensive to the ear, is prevented.
