The adjuster pinion may be adjustable to an engaged position in which the adjuster pinion and the toothed portion are engaged with one another. 摘要: An electrical connection device includes a connector unit (2) having first connectors aligned in an arrangement direction, second connectors and a connecting tool (30). The connecting tool (30) detachably holds the second connectors in an alignment corresponding to that of the first connectors. One of the connector unit (2) and the connecting tool (30) includes a guided portion (5), and the other includes a guiding portion (50). The guiding portion (50) includes a receiving portion for receiving the guided portion (5) in a receiving direction, a connection guiding portion for guiding the guided portion (5) to displace the connector unit (2) and the connecting tool (30) in a connector connecting direction as the connector connecting tool (30) is operated with respect to the connector unit (2) in the arrangement direction, and a separation allowing portion for allowing separation of the guided portion (5) from the connection guiding portion.

摘要: A connector includes a first housing, a second housing, a mate assist slider, and a cam gear. The first-housing has a first outer surface. The second housing is configured to mate with the first housing, and the second housing includes a pin extending from a second outer surface. The connector also includes a mate assist slider moveable from an unmated position to a mated position. The connector also includes a cam gear mounted to the first outer surface. The cam gear moves in response to a movement of the mate-assist-slider from the unmated position to the mated position. The cam gear has a cam slot with an inertial detent. A vibratory feedback is provided to an assembler indicative of a properly positioned connector housing when the pin is moved past the inertial detent.

摘要: The present invention provides a connector device having a structure in which a protruding or a recessed fitting portion is provided at a surface of a columnar terminal of a cable-side connector (first connector) and a recessed or a protruding fit portion is provided at a fixed contact piece of a U-shaped terminal of a substrate-side connector (second connector). In the connector device, when the connectors are connected to each other, the fitting portion that is provided at the surface of the terminal of the cable-side connector is fitted to the fit portion that is provided at the fixed contact piece of the terminal of the substrate-side connector, so that a force that prevents the connectors from coming off from each other (coming-off force) is increased.

The resilient piece (48) is shaped to be delectable and deformable in a direction along the plate surface of the arm portion (37) when being pressed by the unlocking portion (15).

摘要: Certain aspects relate to systems and techniques for flexibly and movably mounting a charge port in front-facing portions of an electric vehicle. When not in use the charge port can be concealed by the body of the vehicle. In a pre-charging or charging mode the charge port can be automatically moved to a charging position where it is exposed through the vehicle body and thus available for coupling with a charging connector at a charging station. Further, the charge port can be flexibly mounted to the vehicle so as to absorb impact forces in one or more directions. The charge port can include oscillation dampening mechanisms for electrical cables coupled to the charge port.

摘要: A connector system includes a cartridge having at least one cavity configured to hold connector modules therein. The connector system also includes at least one slider latch housed in the cartridge. The at least one slider latch is movable in a longitudinal direction and has at least one groove configured to receive a cam of a corresponding connector module to secure the connector modules to the cartridge. The at least one slider latch has a biasing member operably coupled thereto. The biasing member biases the slider latch in a biasing direction. The biasing member forces the at least one slider latch to return to a latched position after the cam is received in the profiled groove. The connector system also includes a discharge mechanism configured to move a discharge slider.
