    摘要: In a multi-channel magnetic resonance imaging reconstruction method for water-fat separation, one in-phase image and two opposed-phase images are acquired with multiple reception coils in respective channels. The sensitivity distribution of the coils of the respective channels is calculated. The images of respective channels are merged dependent on the sensitivity distribution. A phase difference between the two opposed-phase images is calculated. At lease one characteristic region of the in-phase image is detected, which is used as a criterion for phase correction. The phases of the opposed-phase images are corrected and images of water and fat are calculated. The method provides stable and reliable imaging, has a short reconstruction time and also solves the problem that images of water and fat may be exchanged.

    摘要: A mobile positioning device for an MRI inductively coupled coil, has at least one pair of coupled coils which are coupled with each other for transmitting signals, wherein one of the at least one pair of coupled coils is deployed on a surface of a patient's bed. A moveable platform is provided that can move in a direction parallel to the patient's bed, and the other one of the at least one pair of coupled coils is deployed on the moveable platform opposite to the coupled coil deployed on the patient's bed. The device can be driven by a motor or a spring. When the patient's bed needs to be placed at different positions for an examination, the coupled coil deployed on the moveable platform can be aligned completely and in parallel to the coupled coil fixed on the patient's bed by moving the moveable platform, so as to achieve the best coupling effects.

    摘要: A volume coil for a magnetic resonance imaging system is composed of a number of coil units. In the coil, there are overlapped parts between two adjacent ones of the coil units for eliminating coupling between these two adjacent coil units. Two next-adjacent ones of the coil units, which are separated from each other by one coil unit, are each provided with an inductor, and these two inductors are coupled with each other for eliminating coupling between these two next-adjacent coil units. All coil units are collected on one axial end face of the coil. Two coil units in the coil that are neither adjacent coil units nor next-adjacent coil units are connected with each other on the end face by a capacitance circuit or a inductance circuit for eliminating the coupling between these two coil units that are neither adjacent coil units nor next-adjacent coil units. The coupling among the various coil units is relatively thoroughly eliminated, and the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal received by the coil is increased.

    摘要: The present invention proposes a fast GeneRalized Autocalibrating Partially Parallel Acquisition (GRAPPA) image reconstruction algorithm for magnetic resonance imaging. The algorithm simplifies data fitting and channel merging in the process of reconstruction into a one-step linear calculation. Parameters needed to perform the linear calculation step can be pre-calculated and stored, thereby greatly increasing the image reconstruction speed and solving the problem of the relatively long image reconstruction time needed by prior art GRAPPA algorithms. Also, the algorithm can employ a weighting matrix to conveniently compare signal-to-noise ratio losses of images brought by different types of reconstruction methods in image domain and frequency domain.

    摘要: Scintillator materials based on certain types of halide-lanthanide matrix materials are described. In one embodiment, the matrix material contains a mixture of lanthanide halides, i.e., a solid solution of at least two of the halides, such as lanthanum chloride and lanthanum bromide. In another embodiment, the matrix material is based on lanthanum iodide alone, which must be substantially free of lanthanum oxyiodide. The scintillator materials, which can be in monocrystalline or polycrystalline form, also include an activator for the matrix material, e.g., cerium. Radiation detectors that use the scintillators are also described, as are related methods for detecting high-energy radiation.

    摘要: An RF coil device and an MRI system are provided. The RF coil device includes m coil elements, where m is an integer greater than 1. The RF coil device also includes an RF switch control unit including n output terminals and m input terminals connected to the m coil elements, respectively, where n is an integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than m. The RF coil device includes a decoder for outputting a control signal to the RF switch control unit according to a received control command. The RF switch control unit connects each of not more than n input terminals to a different output terminal according to the control signal.

    摘要: A method for simultaneous transmission of at least two high-frequency transmission signals via a common high-frequency line includes providing at least two input signals at respective inlet ports. The input signals are signals of a same carrier frequency.
