    摘要： A foldable container, comprising a base and two pairs of side plates, and the side plates are connected to the base via a hinge structure. A plurality of protruding portions are disposed below the side plates, and a polarity of grooves matching the protruding portions are disposed on the base. The hinge structure is disposed in at least one of the protruding portions and at least one of grooves. At least one of the protruding portions is further provided with a continuous curved surface profile, and at least one of the grooves is further provided with at least one matching surface, or at least one of the grooves is provided with a continuous curved surface profile, and at least one of the protruding portions is provided with a matching surface. The matching surface matches the continuous curved surface profile, and when the side plate changes from a folded state to the open state, the continuous curved surface profile remain contacting with the matching surface. The foldable container can address the problems of interference and collision in a process of unordered rotation of hinged side plates.

    摘要： A connecting mechanism and a foldable container comprising the same. The foldable container comprises a top cover and a chassis. Top corner pieces (121) are disposed on four corners of the top cover. The top corner pieces are connected to a top cover corner column (122). Bottom corner pieces (111) are disposed on four corners of the chassis. The bottom corner pieces are connected to a chassis corner column (112). The connecting mechanism comprises a lifting lug (23) disposed on one of the top cover corner column (122) and the chassis corner column (112) and a locking plate (21) rotatably disposed on an outer end surface of the other one of the top cover corner column (122) and the chassis corner column (112). The locking plate (21) is provided with a hook portion fitted to the lifting lug. By means of the connecting mechanism, the top cover and the chassis can be automatically connected when the container is folded; and when the container is assembled, the operation efficiency is high and the inner size of the container is not affected.

[Solution] The containers according to the present invention are configured so that a corner engaging projection and a corner engaging recess are engaged at the four corners on the bottom face and the top face of a top and a bottom container when stacked, thereby allowing such containers to hold up against the lateral load received when stacked by dispersing the lateral load more widely than conventional containers. Thus, the present invention achieves a higher strength with respect to the lateral load when stacked than conventional containers and prevents incidents where a first sidewall and second sidewall would be separated from each other due to the first sidewall or second sidewall being pushed and bent outwards.

The first blank also includes end flaps extending from the bottom edge of each of the side panels wherein at least two of the end flaps includes a tab joint. The second blank having a plurality of side edges equal to a number of side panels of the first blank, each side edge having a width substantially equal to a width of the side panels of the first blank. The second blank is foldable and is coupled to at least one end flap of the first blank for forming a bottom wall of the container.
