    摘要: An apparatus for lifting a panel to a ceiling has a post having an upper end and a lower end, a spring in the post between the upper and lower ends for at least limited longitudinal compression of the post against a spring force, and a foot pivoted on the lower end about a foot axis transverse to the longitudinal axis. A handle is pivoted on the post between its ends about a handle axis generally parallel to the foot axis and a panel-engaging support bar is pivoted on the upper end of the post about a bar-pivot axis generally parallel to the foot and handle axes, extends perpendicular to this bar-pivot axis, and has one end provided with an outwardly directed cleat. Thus this bar can be engaged under the panel with the cleat against an edge of the panel. At least one bar spring is operatively engaged between the bar and the post for biasing the bar into a position extending perpendicular to the post.

    摘要: A ceiling tile replacing and positioning apparatus is disclosed in which a frustum-shaped frame is provided. An encircling flange on the larger base end of the frustum provides a platform upon which the ceiling tile may be rested. Pins project perpendicular to the flange to hold the tile in place. A handle including a sleeve which is pivotally and releasably attached to the frustum-shaped frame at the frustum smaller base makes the apparatus usable from various angles.

An electric wench is disposed between the stabilizing beams and is in operational communication the battery. The electric wench raises and lowers a telescoping tube to which is attached a drywall frame. A manual wench alternately raises and lowers the telescoping tube with a cable hook connected to a ring on the telescoping tube.

The sprinkler drop ruler includes a rigid frame having an opening, a handle connected to the rigid frame and in fixed relation to the rigid frame, and a ruler with an end shaped to seat in the opening and configured to move inside or along a side of the handle in order to measure a sprinkler drop. The sprinklerfitter may thus use the sprinkler drop ruler in order to measure the sprinkler drop. In this way, the sprinklerfitter does not need to climb a ladder to measure the sprinkler drop.
