    摘要: Devices and methods are provided for redirecting or reflecting light from a camera's built-in flash unit. An exemplary device has a reflector member having a substantially planar surface, at least a portion of which is a reflective surface. A connecting member is provided that has a distal end portion and an opposing proximal end portion. The distal end portion can be attached to the reflector member and the proximal end portion can be configured for releasable mounting to a portion of the camera. The device can be operatively attached to the camera such that the reflector member is spaced from and opposes the flash and is configured to receive and reflect substantially all light produced from the flash.

    摘要: A stationary reflecting mirror (reflecting umbrella 2) is provided for reflecting light, emitted from a xenon discharge tube (3), to the side of an object to be photographed. An upper reflector plate (5) is provided above and in front of the stationary reflecting umbrella (2) and a lower reflector plate (6) is provided below and in front of the stationary reflecting umbrella (2). The upper and lower deflector plates (5, 6) are constructed so as to be pivoted in interlock with a change in the focal length of a photographic lens. With the upper and lower deflector plates (5, 6), part of light emitted from an opening (2A) is reflected and the direction of the reflected light that is emitted to the object is varied, and thereby the distribution angle of the light emitted to the object is varied. In this way, there is obtainable a flasher which is structurally simple and inexpensive without using high-performance lenses or an accurate moving mechanism.

    摘要: A light source apparatus which comprises a flash discharge tube for illuminating a foreground subject, a switching element connected in series with the flash discharge tube, a light receiving circuit for photoelectrically converting light reflected by a foreground subject to produce a signal corresponding to the amount of light reflected from the received foreground subject and a decision circuit for producing an interruption signal for rendering the switching element non-conductive with partially as a function of the output signal of the light receiving circuit. A correction circuit for producing a correction signal in accordance with a preset film sensitivity is further provided. The decision circuit produces the interruption signal when the difference between the output signals of the correction circuit and light receiving circuit is reduced to zero.
