    摘要： A device for blocking the turnability of the steering spindle 3 of a motor vehicle contains a movable interlocking element 14 that is situated in a lock chamber 12 and engages into the steering spindle 3 in its locked position, as well as an actuating device 9 for actuating the interlocking element 14. This device is characterized by the fact that the lock chamber 12 is passively secured against manipulative access by electric/electronic operating components K required for driving the motor vehicle. This is realized by arranging these operating components K in such a position relative to the lock chamber 12 that the function of at least one operating component K is terminated if manipulative access is attempted.

    摘要： An improved modular vehicle door lock and latch system is disclosed which includes a door latch mechanism, an inside door latch and door lock handle, and a unique outside door handle and door lock interface member, all of which are assembled into a pre-connected configuration together with all necessary control cables, thereby significantly reducing the labor required to assemble the lock and latch system into a door of a motor vehicle and correspondingly resulting in a significant cost reduction. A first module includes the inside door handle, the outside and inside locks, the door latch, and an outside door lock and door handle interface member, as well as linkages between these components. A second component is an outside door handle assembly which will be operatively connected to the outside door lock and door handle interface member. The outside door handle of the preferred embodiment has a lock plate which installs the outside door handle in position by merely placing it into position in an opening in the vehicle door and moving the handle from its non-actuated position to its actuated position.

    摘要： A clutch lock for preventing starting or operation of a recreational vehicle. The clutch lock includes a clutch member, a locking mechanism, and a handle. The clutch member includes two legs, connected at one end, to form a U-shape. The clutch member is placed through the housing on a vehicle's clutch. The locking mechanism operates to connect the two open ends of the legs of the clutch member to fix the clutch lock to the clutch housing. The lock is operable between a locked position where the clutch lock is fixed to the clutch housing and an open position where the locking mechanism may be removed to allow removal of the clutch lock. The handle extends away from the clutch member such that it makes contact with the frame of the vehicle to prevent the clutch from rotating and, thus, the vehicle from starting.

    摘要： A skid steer lock for preventing the use of the drive control levers of a skid steer loader. The device consists of an extendable shaft which has an end plate at each end. Cage engaging means are welded to each plate. When in use the skid steer lock is positioned inside the cab of a skid steer loader above the driver's seat. The shaft is extended to force the cage engagement means through the safety cage present on the skid loader. Once the cage engagement are fully extended into the cage the extendable shaft is locked in position with a locking mechanism.
