摘要: Exemplary methods for identifying hybrids for use in a plant breeding pipeline are disclosed. One exemplary computer-implemented method includes accessing a data structure including data representative of a pool of hybrids and determining a prediction score for at least a portion of the hybrids included in the pool based on the data included in the data structure. The prediction score is indicative of a probability of selection and/or a probability of success of the hybrid based on historical data. The method further includes selecting a group of hybrids from the pool based on the prediction score, identifying a set of hybrids, from the group of hybrids, based on an expected performance of the set of hybrids and/or one or more factors associated with the hybrids and/or lines making up the hybrids, and also directing the set of hybrids to a further iteration or different phase in the breeding pipeline.

A diffusion region of pheromones is constructed by taking a first vehicle main body determined from a multi-cooperative task as a center; a second pheromone set of a second vehicle main body meeting with the first vehicle main body is perceived by using the first pheromone set generated outwardly by the first vehicle main body based on the neural autocrine mechanism; when the second vehicle main body satisfies a proximity condition and an affinity of the pheromones of the first and second vehicle main bodies satisfies a regulation condition, the second vehicle main body is selected to be regulated, and upon regulation, a formation is arranged according to the movement parameters of the first and second vehicle main bodies which are then moved towards the cluster position based on the arranged formation.

One method includes obtaining an anatomic model; obtaining information indicating a presence of an artificial deformation of the anatomic model; identifying a portion of the anatomic model associated with the artificial deformation; estimating a non-deformed local area corresponding to the portion of the anatomic model; and modifying the portion of the anatomic model associated with the artificial deformation, based on the estimated non-deformed local area.

摘要: Provided herein are methods for design of engineered polypeptides that recapitulate molecular structure features of a predetermined portion of a reference protein structure, e.g., an antibody epitope or a protein binding site. A Machine Learning (ML) model is trained by labeling blueprint records generated from a reference target structure with scores calculated based on computational protein modeling of polypeptide structures generated by the blueprint records. The method may include training an ML model based on a first set of blueprint records, or representations thereof, and a first set of scores, each blueprint record from the first set of blueprint records associated with each score from the first set of scores. After the training, the machine learning model may be executed to generate a second set of blueprint records. A set of engineered polypeptides are then generated based on the second set of blueprint records.

摘要: Methods for monitoring, controlling and simulating a bioprocess comprising a cell culture in a bioreactor are provided. The methods comprise obtaining values of one or more process conditions for the bioprocess at one or more maturities, and determining the specific transport rates of one or more metabolites in the cell culture using the values obtained as input to a machine learning model trained to predict the specific transport rates of the one or more metabolites at a latest maturity of the one or more maturities or a later maturity based at least in part on the values of one or more process conditions for the bioprocess at the one or more preceding maturities. The methods further comprise predicting one or more features of the bioprocess based at least in part on the determined specific transport rates. Systems, computer readable media and methods for providing tools to implement such methods are also provided.

摘要: Embodiments include a system for determining cardiovascular information for a patient. The system may include at least one computer system configured to receive patient-specific data regarding a geometry of the patient's heart, and create a three-dimensional model representing at least a portion of the patient's heart based on the patient-specific data. The at least one computer system may be further configured to create a physics-based model relating to a blood flow characteristic of the patient's heart and determine a fractional flow reserve within the patient's heart based on the three-dimensional model and the physics-based model.

摘要: Methods for generating a composite biomarker that identifies a predicted level of responsiveness of a subject to a particular type of an immunotherapy treatment is provided. The method can include generating genomic metrics that represent one or more characteristics corresponding to one or more DNA sequences. The method can also include generating transcriptomic metrics represent one or more characteristics corresponding to a set of peptides that are translated from a corresponding RNA sequence of the one or more RNA sequences. The method can also include generating a composite biomarker score derived from the set of genomic metrics and the set of transcriptomic metrics. The method can also include determining, based on the composite biomarker score, a predicted level of responsiveness of the subject to a particular type of an immunotherapy treatment.
