The test subject may be under the influence of experimental drugs or genetic manipulation. The dynamic maze can be changed automatically or manually to test the abilities of the test subject. The dynamic maze comprises of a starting point, an ending point, and an electronically programmable floor capable of constructing various obstacles and passageways. The programmable floor may be programmed by a human user using an interface, or it may be programmed by an automated control system that programs the maze in accordance with the ability of the test subject to traverse the maze. Various devices are incorporated with the use of the maze to monitor the activities and welfare of the test subject.

摘要： A simple and economical yet effective training and exercising device is disclosed for sports such as golf wherein an implement such as a golf club is moved along a swing path. An elongated handle has a proximal end with a hand grip and a distal end with a weighted body. A foot plate, sized to receive a foot of the user, includes one or more connection features, preferably inverted-U-shaped hooks rigidly secured to the foot plate. A removable, stretchable tether is provided having a first end tied at a point between the proximal and distal ends of the handle and a second end tied to a connection point on the foot plate. The connection point on the handle is preferably a hook which doubles as a wrist indicator. The length of the tether is adjustable so as to resist upward movement of the handle when swung by the user to promote training and exercise with respect to the sport. The foot plate has inside and outside edges, and in the preferred embodiment, each edge includes one or more connection points to practice a back swing and a forward swing. Two tethers may also be used, each having a first end tied at the point between the proximal and distal ends of the handle, and with the second end of one tether being tied to an outer connection point of the foot plate, and the second end of the other tether being tied to an inner connection point of the foot plate. A cover (22) is provided which is releasably attachable to a receptacle portion of the rail which is also resiliently spaced by a support means from the posts (10) which support the rail. The cover (22) is one embodiment comprises sheet material (24) bent (30, 32, 34, 36 and 38) underneath itself in such a manner as to provide a resilient self supporting spacing from each posts (10). The cover (22) is also in the embodiment provided with an edge portion (26) adapted to releasbly attach to a receptacle portion (56) of the rail without the use of fasteners.

摘要： An equestrian jumping device using telescopic standards which adjust the height of the jump. The jump height is determined by placing an elongated cup having a pin into predetermined holes positioned on the telescopic posts. The elongated cup and adjustable posts enable one to create a corner obstacle comprising of two poles and three standards. The two poles meet at one end in the elongated cup and then proceed in opposite directions to form a triangle or corner. The advantage of the adjustable standard eliminates the standard from protruding above the pole which could injure either horse or rider.

摘要： This invention is a slip resistant diving platform cover that can be easily installed or removed from a diving platform. The cover has a top mat laying in contact and covering a top plate of the diving platform, a front mat laying adjacent to a front plate of the diving platform, and a rear mat laying adjacent to a rear plate of the diving platform. These three mats are fastened to the diving platform by a U-shaped front clamp and a U-shaped rear clamp. Both clamps provide a screw means for engagement with the cover and the platform. The front clamp further provides a hinged leg bonded to an interior surface of the cover enabling permanent attachment thereto. The hinged leg preferably has a first portion that is attached to the top mat and a second portion which is attached to the front mat so that the front mat and the top mat may be rotated to an angle appropriate to conforming with the front and top plates of the platform.

摘要： An equestrian barrier having a standard, a jump cup that can be adjusted to various positions along the standard, and a pole supported by the jump cup. The standard has notches formed at intervals therein. Each notch is defined by a lower arcuate surface. An end of the jump cup has a corresponding curved surface. When the end of the jump cup is received in one of the notches, the pair of curved surfaces oppose each other and the torsional component of gravity tends to seat an upper surface of the jump cup against an upper surface of the notch. A bracket can be provided to increase stability by engaging a groove formed on an opposite side of the standard.

The track system includes a number of interconnectable panels having alternate portions of negative and positive polarity conductor strips defined on a top surface thereof.
