Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving a group common signal and channel in a wireless communication system. The method performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, may comprise the steps of: receiving configuration information regarding one or more TCI states; receiving information related to activation or inactivation of at least one TCI state from among the one or more TCI states; and receiving a specific value via DCI for scheduling a PDSCH. Here, on the basis that a TCI state mapped to the specific value is activated, the PDSCH may be received on the basis of the TCI state, and on the basis that the TCI state mapped to the specific value is inactivated, the DCI may be ignored by the terminal.

Based on the HARQ-ACK transmission being allocated to a time interval for PUCCH cell switching, the HARQ-ACK transmission is performed on a switched PUCCH cell or is dropped, according to a HARQ-ACK mode configured to the HARQ-ACK transmission.
