    Abstract: A user equipment operating in a coverage enhancement mode in a wireless communication system, includes a transceiver, at least one processor, and at least one computer memory that is operably connectable to the processor and that has stored thereon instructions which, when executed, cause the processor to perform operations comprising transmitting, via the transceiver, a random access preamble on a uplink system band; receiving, via the transceiver, a random access response related to the random access preamble; and transmitting, via the transceiver, a first physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) for carrying Msg3 based on the random access response, wherein the uplink system band comprises a plurality of uplink frequency bands in a frequency domain, each of the plurality of uplink frequency bands includes only a predetermined number of consecutive resource blocks in the frequency domain, and the random access response includes frequency resource information for the first PUSCH.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting multiple uplink control information (UCI) on a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) in a wireless communication system is disclosed. More specifically, the method performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a base station, first control information related to the PUCCH for transmitting the multiple UCI; determining a first parameter representing a number of coded bits for the multiple UCI based on the first control information, wherein the multiple UCI includes channel state information (CSI) including at least one of a first part or a second part; determining a size of the first part based on the first parameter and second control information related to the size determination of the first part; and transmitting, to the base station, the multiple UCI on the PUCCH.
