Abstract: A broadhead generally comprises a body having a plurality of blades defining a proximal end and an opposite distal tip. Each blade has a first side having a first major surface and an opposite second side having a second major surface terminating laterally in a straight lateral edge that terminates distally at a distal point proximal of the distal tip and terminates proximally at a proximal point. For each blade a distal transverse axis is at an angle to a proximal transverse axis such that the first major surface of each blade is sloped distally and the first major surfaces and the lateral edges of the plurality of blades are diverging, whereby the distal tip is twisted relative to the proximal end.

Abstract: Testable sealed and/or self-diagnosing electromagnetic or solid-state relays simplify troubleshooting of electrical circuits. The testable relay comprises a relay housing with terminals adapted to connect to a circuit and an opposing top wall with testable terminals formed as projections being flush with or extending from the top wall and being exposed for testing the relay by applying a multimeter device. A self-diagnosing relay comprises a relay housing with terminals adapted to connect to a circuit, and at least two light-emitting diodes (LEDs). One of the LED indicates the relay is energized, and another LED light is a diagnostic LED and indicates if the relay is damaged.

Abstract: Adjustable hinge assemblies for partially or completely rotating an object joined thereto about an axis in specific, pre-determined increments defined by the interaction of ball pins and detents permit the adjustable hinge to retain an attached object in specific rotational positions until sufficient force is applied in the plane of rotation to overcome this interaction. In certain cases the object may be a door, window, baffle, or airfoil. Preferably, the adjustable hinges may be used as part of a sneeze guard assembly to hold a main sneeze guard pane whose angle can be adjusted to protect food from airborne contamination, such as in airborne saliva or mucus droplets. An optional tuck-away hinge pane prevents contamination of food from the ends of the sneeze guard assembly.

Abstract: An apparel protecting device for isolating a pocket from a tool attached to the pocket includes a panel. A fold is positioned in the panel and defines a first section of the panel, a second section of the panel, and a slot that is positioned between the first section and the second section. The second section is configured to be inserted into a pocket of an article of clothing to position the first section on an exterior of the pocket. The panel is configured to be inserted into a clip of a tool, such as a tape measurer, to couple the tool to the panel. The first section is configured to be positioned between the tool and the pocket to isolate the tool from the pocket to prevent damage to the article of clothing.

Abstract: The integration of news about members of a group into symmetrical group communications is described. Group members are delivered news items and information regarding members of the group, and are able to communicate with other members of the group in response to the news items. One embodiment dynamically generates aggregated RSS news feeds for a group of people or entities and correlates that aggregated data with biographical information, audio, and video media to provide rich information about the relevant parties to the news story. The embodiment also provides the capability of transmitting email or other electronic messages to the parties in the news story to facilitate two-way communication while maintaining the group members' privacy and anonymity.

Abstract: An extractor may include an elongated section including a proximal section configured to be coupled to a rotary tool and a distal section configured to be inserted into a bore of a bolt. A longitudinal axis may extend lengthwise through a center of the distal section and wherein the first and second surfaces are recessed inwardly toward the longitudinal axis. The distal section may be generally shaped as a prism having a generally polygonal cross-section including a plurality of faces, and a contact edge is defined between adjacent ones of the faces.
