摘要: Various embodiments may provide an electronic synapse device. The electronic synapse device may include a body including a doped chalcogenide layer including a chalcogenide material and a dopant. The electronic synapse device may also include a drain electrode in contact with the body. The electronic synapse device may further include a source electrode in contact with the body. The electronic synapse device may additionally include a gate electrode including an electrode contact layer in contact with the doped chalcogenide layer. The electrode contact layer may be any one selected from a group consisting of an electrically conductive layer including an electrically conductive material and a dopant layer including the dopant.

For example, one or more embodiments can comprise a method, which can comprise contacting a Mycobacterium tuberculosis microbe with a chemical compound. The chemical compound can comprise an ionene unit. Also, the ionene unit can comprise a cation distributed along a molecular backbone. The ionene unit can have antimicrobial functionality. The method can further comprise electrostatically disrupting a membrane of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis microbe in response to the contacting.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an antigen specific binding domain which binds to RON (Macrophage Stimulating Protein Receptor or Recepteur d'Origine Nantais). The disclosure also extends to chimeric antigen receptors (and a cell expressing the same), antibody molecules (including full length antibodies and fragments thereof, as well as antibody conjugates) containing the antigen binding domains disclosed herein. Also disclosed herein are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the cells, antibody molecules as disclosed herein. The present disclosure also refers to the use of the antigen binding domains, the chimeric antigen receptors, the antibody molecules and the pharmaceutical compositions disclosed herein in therapy, more particularly in treating cancer. Also disclosed herein are radiolabelled antibody conjugates comprising the antigen binding domains as disclosed, and their use in methods of treatment or diagnosis.

摘要: Described herein are peptides that may self-assemble into hydrogels. The peptide comprises an amino acid sequence of alternating hydrophobic amino acids (X) and hydrophilic amino acids (Y), wherein each hydrophobic amino acid is independently selected from isoleucine (I), valine (V) and leucine (L), each hydrophilic amino acid is independently selected from arginine (R), lysine (K), glutamic acid (E), and aspartic acid (D), at least one hydrophilic amino acid is selected from arginine and lysine, at least one hydrophilic amino acid is selected from glutamic acid and aspartic acid, and the amino acid sequence contains at least 8 amino acids. Further described is a composition comprising a hydrogel formed of the peptides in a beta-sheet conformation and water or a dried form of the hydrogel. The hydrogel may be used for growing cells. In another aspect, a hybrid hydrogel prepared from IIK12 (IRIKIEIEIRIK) and IK8L (IRIKIRIK) may be used to treat a bacterial and/or fungal infection.

摘要: There is provided a beam steerable antenna system including: an antenna array including a plurality of first radiating elements; a first phase control section coupled to the plurality of first radiating elements, the first phase control section being configured to control a phase of signals from the plurality of first radiating elements to output first phase controlled signals; a first combiner coupled to the first phase control section, the first combiner being configured to combine the first phase controlled signals to output a first combined signal; a first frequency converter coupled to the first combiner, the first frequency converter being configured to downconvert a frequency of the first combined signal to output a first downconverted signal; and a second phase control section coupled to the first frequency converter, the second phase control section being configured to control a phase of the first downconverted signal to output a second phase controlled signal. There is also provided a method of manufacturing the beam steerable antenna system, and a method of beam steering an antenna array.
