Abstract: Provided is a method of producing an array substrate. This method of producing an array substrate has following steps: forming a passivation layer on a base substrate; forming a photoresist layer on the passivation layer, and performing a patterning process on the photoresist layer to form a photoresist mask having an opening pattern; introducing an etching resistant layer precursor material to the passivation layer by ion injection through the opening pattern; generating plasma by using an etching gas, etching the passivation layer by using the plasma through the opening pattern to form a via hole penetrating the passivation layer; and peeling the photoresist mask. Also provided are an array substrate and a display apparatus.

Abstract: A pen, a method for detecting a pen, and a touch system are disclosed. The pen is configured to operate on a touch panel. The pen includes a controller, a transmitting electrode, and a receiving electrode. The transmitting electrode and the receiving electrode are at different positions of the pen. The receiving electrode is configured to receive a first signal transmitted by the touch panel and transmit the first signal to the controller. The controller is configured to receive the first signal, determine an inclination angle between the pen and the touch panel according to a signal amount of the first signal, generate a second signal by using an encoding format corresponding to the inclination angle, and transmit the second signal to the transmitting electrode. The transmitting electrode is configured to receive the second signal and transmit the second signal to the touch panel.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a stylus and a human-machine interactive apparatus. The stylus includes: a body, including a refill, a housing and a clamping piece; wherein the refill can perform a lever deflection motion by taking the clamping piece as a pivot when it is under a pressure; a light emitter, fixed at an end portion of the refill and has a light emitting surface facing away from the refill; a light signal sensing element on a side of the end portion of the refill and configured to sense a light beam emitted by the light emitter and to output coordinate information of a position irradiated by the light beam; and a micro control unit configured to generate a corresponding drive signal according to the coordinate information output by the light signal sensing element and to send the drive signal to a touch screen via the refill.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a backlight module, a display device and a method for adjusting brightness of the backlight module. The backlight module includes a light guide plate comprising a light emitting surface and a first surface opposite to the light emitting surface, and a reflective component on a side of the light guide plate away from the light emitting surface, the reflective component having a reflectivity adjustable to adjust a brightness of the backlight module. In this way, the reflective component in the backlight module can be used to dynamically adjust the brightness of the backlight and improve the contrast between different regions of the backlight module, thereby realizing the display effect of the high dynamic range image. Moreover, the backlight module is low in cost, simple in preparation, and suitable for various types of display devices.
