    Abstract: A method of controlling a fuel cell device includes: a step of determining whether impedance between a fuel electrode and an oxidant electrode is greater than a predetermined threshold during a steady operation of the fuel cell device; a step of decreasing a flow rate of a gas circulating via a circulation passage connecting a gas introduction passage of the gas supply unit to a gas discharge passage when the impedance is greater than the predetermined threshold; a step of measuring the voltage between the fuel electrode and the oxidant electrode when the impedance is equal to or less than the predetermined threshold, and determining whether the voltage is equal to or less than a first predetermined threshold; and a step of increasing the flow rate of the gas circulating via the circulation passage when the voltage is equal to or less than the first predetermined threshold.

    Abstract: An antibacterial molded article that can further increase antibacterial performance. The present invention for achieving the above object is related to an antibacterial molded article including a resin molded article. The resin molded article has an antibacterial area on a surface of the resin molded article, the antibacterial area having a prominent protrusion ratio of 3% or greater and 25% or less. Alternatively, the resin molded article has an antibacterial area on a surface of the resin molded article, the antibacterial area having: a maximum height of profile defined by JIS B 0601 (2013) of 100 nm or greater and less than 500 nm, and a plurality of capture protrusions having a height of not less than half the maximum height of profile (Rz), in which an average distance between the plurality of capture protrusions is 1.5 μm or greater and 7 μm or less.

    Abstract: A phased-array antenna device with a long operating life without mechanical parts, has a high spatial resolution, and realizes microwave observation of broadband and highfrequency resolution. The phased-array antenna device performs direct A/D conversion through a BPF on an antenna analog signal amplified by an amplifier. Then, the device performs a second cross-spectrum calculation after conversion into complex frequency data through FFT. To detect a weak electromagnetic wave, the device repeatedly performs a second FFT over a long period and lastly performs integration.

    Abstract: Provided is a failure diagnostic system for a spacecraft liquid propulsion system that enables to accurately diagnose a failure in a spacecraft and a failure diagnostic method for the spacecraft liquid propulsion system. This spacecraft liquid propulsion system includes a plurality of thrusters, and a supply pipe connected to the thrusters. This system includes a pressure sensor that detects an inner pressure of the supply pipe as time-series data, a frequency spectrum conversion unit that converts the time-series data into data of a frequency spectrum, a storage unit that stores data of a frequency spectrum generated based on an analytical model by computer simulation or a test result of a testing device as a data set, a comparator that compares the data set with the data of the frequency spectrum generated by the frequency spectrum conversion unit, and a determining unit that determines a failure in any one of the plurality of thrusters according to a comparison result of the comparator.
