Abstract: A foldable wagon with steerable front wheels and foldable seats is disclosed. The wagon has a frame having a first end assembly and an opposing second end assembly, a floor assembly and 4 wheels. The wagon also has seat assemblies comprising a first seat, a front support, and a rear support, wherein the front support for the seat is pivotally connected to a second end of the first seat and pivotally connected to the wagon frame, and wherein the rear support for the first seat is pivotally connected adjacent a first end of the first seat and pivotally connected to the end assembly. The seat is positionable in a use position such that the seat is transverse to the end assembly, and a storage position such that the seat is adjacent and generally parallel to the end assembly.

Abstract: A ride-on vehicle is provided that has a speed controlled switching system. The ride-on vehicle has a vehicle body having a driver's seat, a plurality of wheels, a motor, a battery electrically connected to the motor, a direction switch assembly electrically connected between the battery and the motor, and a speed switch electrically connected between the direction switch assembly and the motor. The direction switch assembly has a forward button and a reverse button, and is proximal the driver's seat in the vehicle body. The speed switch has a high speed setting and a low speed setting and is distal the driver's seat and generally not accessible by a rider seated in the driver's seat. When the reverse button is actuated the direction switch assembly causes the voltage observed by the motor to be at the low speed setting regardless of the setting of the speed switch.

Abstract: A ride-on vehicle is provided that has drive and spin functionalities. The ride-on vehicle comprises a first motor for a first drive wheel, and a second motor for a second drive wheel. The vehicle has a steering wheel having a go selector and a spin selector. A sensor obtains an output of the angular rotation location of the steering wheel. A controller is electrically connected to the first and second motors, the go selector, the spin selector, and the steering wheel sensor, wherein engaging the go selector and turning the steering wheel causes the vehicle to move forward, left or right, depending on the angular location of the steering wheel, and wherein engaging the spin selector and turning the steering wheel causes the vehicle to spin left or spin right, depending on the angular location of the steering wheel. The vehicle may also be controlled remotely by a remote control.

Abstract: A tricycle is provided having a front frame assembly, a rear frame assembly pivotally connected to the front frame assembly, and a release assembly connected to both the front frame assembly and the rear frame assembly to secure the rear frame assembly to the front frame assembly in a use position and alternately in a storage position. The release assembly is moveable to allow for transitioning the rear frame assembly to the storage position from the use position. A foot rest is connected to the tricycle and is also moveable between a use position and a storage position. The tricycle also has a restraint hoop and a canopy, and quick release mechanisms to removably secure the restraint hoop and the canopy to the tricycle.

Abstract: A power assist system for a wagon having a safety cut-off system is provided. The power assist system preferably includes a wagon body having a plurality of wheels, at least one of which is a driven wheel, a pivotable handle, a drive system having a motor mechanically connected to the driven wheel, a microcontroller that obtains an input signal and provides an output signal to the drive system and, a safety cut-off system connected to the handle. In one embodiment the safety cut-off system includes a safety-control switch electrically connected to the microcontroller, and the microcontroller adjusts the signal sent to the drive system based on a state of the safety-control switch.

Abstract: A foldable wagon is provided that is configurable in a use configuration and folded configuration. The foldable wagon has a front frame assembly, a rear frame assembly, a first upper pivot bracket and a first lower pivot bracket connecting the front frame assembly to the rear frame assembly. The wagon has a timing member to maintain the front and rear frame assemblies synched during folding and unfolding of the wagon. The wagon also has a footrest with a first end connected to the rear frame assembly and a second end free from connection to the front frame assembly. When the second end of the footrest is raised the rear frame assembly and the front frame assembly pivot from the use configuration to the folded configuration. The wagon also has foldable front and rear seatbacks.

Abstract: A canopy assembly is provided for a ride-on vehicle including a canopy and a canopy frame assembly. The canopy frame assembly has a housing, a release member connected to the housing, a canopy support extending through the housing, and a connector connected to the canopy support. The canopy support has a first stop adjacent a first end of the canopy support and a second stop adjacent a second end of the canopy support. The release member engages the canopy support at the first stop to maintain the canopy support in the first position, wherein the canopy support is retracted, and at the second stop to maintain the canopy support in the second position, wherein the canopy support is in the extended position.

Abstract: A ride-on vehicle is provided that has optional remote control capabilities. Abstract: A ride-on vehicle is providing having a frame, a plurality of wheels connected to the frame, a receiver extending from the frame and a seat rotatedly connected in the receiver via a seat post. The receiver extends from the frame at a first acute angle greater than 0° with respect to a vertical axis, and the seat post extends from a bottom of the seat at a second acute angle greater than 0° with respect to the vertical axis. As such, when the seat is positioned in the rear facing orientation the seat is positioned at an acute angle greater than 0° with respect to a horizontal axis.
