摘要: A disposable toner cartridge includes a cartridge container having a bottom opening for discharging toner and a sealing film that may be peeled off of the bottom opening in a first direction. A covering member is attached to the cartridge container beneath the sealing film and engages the sealing film such that movement of the covering member in a first direction seals the sealing film from the bottom opening and in a second direction reseals the bottom opening with the sealing film.

摘要: The curable organopolysiloxane composition of the invention is formulated with two kinds of crosslinking agents including an organosilane compound having 2 or 3 isopropenyloxy groups in a molecule and an organopolysiloxane having at least 2 mercapto groups in a molecule added to the base ingredient of a hydroxy-terminated diorganopolysiloxane together with a curing catalyst and a photosensitizer. The composition has two-way curability by the condensation reaction in the presence of atmospheric moisture between the silanolic hydroxy groups and the isopropenyloxy groups and by the ultraviolet-induced addition reaction between the isopropenyloxy groups and the mercapto groups to exhibit very reliable curing behavior giving a cured rubbery elastomer having excellent properties.

摘要: The inventive organopolysiloxane composition is curable in two ways, firstly, by the irradiation with ultraviolet light and, secondly, by exposure to a moisture-containing atmospheric air. The principal ingredient of the composition is a diorganopolysiloxane having, in a molecule, at least one isopropenyloxysilyl-substituted ethyl or propyl group bonded to the silicon atom of the polysiloxane chain, which is compounded with a mercaptoalkyl-containing organopolysiloxane, a photosensitizer and, optionally, a curing catalyst for the dealcoholation condensation reaction of the silicon-bonded alkoxy groups under the influence of atmospheric moisture. The composition is advantageous in the improved workability by virtue of the adequate tack-free time or the time taken for surface filming.

摘要: A diorganopolysiloxane terminated at both molecular chain ends each with a monohydrocarbyl dialkoxy silyl group, which is useful as a base ingredient in room temperature-curable silicone rubber compositions, is prepared by first reacting a silanol-terminated diorganopolysiloxane with a monohydrocarbyl tri(ketoxime) silane to replace the silanolic hydroxy group with a monohydrocarbyl di(ketoxime) siloxy group and then reacting the oxime-terminated diorganopolysiloxane with a monohydric alcohol, e.g. methyl alcohol, to replace the ketoxime groups with alkoxy groups. The reactions can proceed under very mild conditions without any catalyst so that the desired alkoxy-terminated diorganopolysiloxane is obtained in a high purity.

摘要: The invention discloses a novel cyclic organopolysiloxane compound having one or more of 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl groups and one or more of alkenyloxy groups, e.g. isopropenyloxy group of the formula --O--C(CH.sub.3).dbd.CH.sub.2, each directly bonded to the silicon atom in a molecule. This novel organopolysiloxane compound is useful as a crosslinking agent for a hydroxy-terminated diorganopolysiloxane and a formulation of a room temperature curable organopolysiloxane composition capable of giving a rubbery elastomer by curing is proposed comprising, each in a limited proportion, (a) a hydroxy-terminated diorganopolysiloxane, (b) the above disclosed novel cyclic organopolysiloxane having 2 or 3 alkenyloxy groups, (c) a second cyclic organopolysiloxane having 2 or 3 alkenyloxy groups each directly bonded to the silicon atom in a molecule and (d) a guanidino-containing organosilicon compound, e.g. 3-(tetramethylguanidino)propyl trimethyl silane, as a curing accelerator. This room temperature curable composition exhibits excellent curability and free from the problem of the formation of noxious condensation products as in the conventional RTV silicone rubber compositions.

摘要: A redundancy detection unit refers to layout data stored in a data storage unit and reflecting completed automatic placement and routing to detect a redundant region in a region having a cell arranged therein. An automatic insertion unit inserts in the detected redundant region a capacitive cell having a capacitive component and free of logic. As such a voltage drop can be reduced in a region scarce of LSI wiring resources. Furthermore, increased wiring capacitance can be provided without increased LSI chip area.
