    Abstract: A display panel, a method for fabricating the same, and a display device are provided. The display panel includes: a base substrate, and a plurality of pixels in an array on the base substrate, wherein each pixel includes a plurality of sub-pixels; each sub-pixel includes: a reflecting element on the base substrate, a first electrode on the reflecting element, a light-emitting element on the first electrode, and a second electrode on the light-emitting element; and in each of the pixels, micro-cavity lengths corresponding to the sub-pixels are different, wherein the micro-cavity length is the distance between the side of the reflecting element away from the base substrate and the side of the second electrode proximate to the base substrate.

    Abstract: An alignment method, an alignment device and evaporation equipment are provided. The alignment device includes: a first alignment module, located outside an evaporation chamber and configured to determine relative position information between a substrate to be evaporated and a mask for evaporation; a second alignment module, located in the evaporation chamber and configured to adjust a position of the substrate to be evaporated and/or the mask for evaporation according to the relative position information until an orthographic projection of a first alignment mark of the substrate to be evaporated on the mask for evaporation at least partially overlaps a hollowed area of the mask for evaporation, obtain position information of the first alignment mark through the hollowed area, and adjust a position of the substrate to be evaporated and/or the mask for evaporation according to the position information.

    Abstract: A pixel circuit includes a data write-in circuit, a voltage amplification circuit, an energy storage circuit, a driving circuit and a light-emitting element. The driving circuit includes a control end, a first end and a second end. The voltage amplification circuit is connected to a data write-in node and the control end of the driving circuit, and configured to amplify a data voltage to acquire a driving voltage, and output the driving voltage to the control end of the driving circuit. The energy storage circuit is connected to the control end of the driving circuit. The first end of the driving circuit is connected to a power source voltage end, and the second end of the driving circuit is connected to an anode of the light-emitting element. The driving circuit is configured to control the power source voltage end to be electrically connected to, or electrically disconnected from, the anode of the light-emitting element under the control of the control end. A cathode of the light-emitting element is connected to a cathode voltage end.

    Abstract: A pixel circuit and a driving method thereof, display panel and a display device are disclosed. The pixel circuit includes an input control sub-circuit, a switch control sub-circuit, a latch sub-circuit and a light-emitting sub-circuit. The input control sub-circuit writes a data signal into a first node under control of the gate signal terminal. The switch control sub-circuit conducts a first terminal or a second terminal of the latch sub-circuit with the first node under control of a switch signal control terminal. The latch sub-circuit outputs a high-level signal to the first node, when the first node is conductive with the first terminal and outputs a low-level signal to the first node, when the first node is conductive with the second terminal. The light-emitting sub-circuit emits light when the first node is supplied with the high-level signal.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a protection circuit and method, a pixel circuit, and a display device. The protection circuit comprises a determination circuit, a first coupling circuit, a first terminal and a second terminal. The determination circuit is coupled to the first terminal and the first coupling circuit, and is configured to determine whether the voltage at the first terminal of the protection circuit belongs to one of a first predetermined range and a second predetermined range. The first coupling circuit is coupled to the first terminal, the second terminal and the determination circuit, and is configured to: couple the first terminal to the second terminal in response to the voltage at the first terminal belonging to the first predetermined range; and decouple the first terminal from the second terminal in response to the voltage at the first terminal belonging to the second predetermined range.
