A method for reproducing data from a recording medium using a local storage includes the steps of: a) downloading data associated with the recording medium, and storing the downloaded data in the local storage; b) generating a virtual package using a binding unit with missing data associated with the recording medium, such that the virtual package includes a PlayList capable of being played before all the data is completely; and c) playing the PlayList while the missing data is downloaded. Therefore, the method can effectively reproduce additional data, which is downloaded in the local storage in association with the recording medium, resulting in the creation of more convenient functions for a user.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for securing content on a recording medium. Input content data are encrypted and recorded on a recording medium. A resultant value obtained by applying a hash function to the content data recorded after encryption is recorded on the recording medium for validation of the content.
