摘要： A bicycle pedal assembly includes a pedal body having a sleeve tube and front and rear protruding portions. A front clamping member is mounted rotatably on the front protruding portion, and is biased by a front biasing member to rotate toward the sleeve tube. A locking member is connected to the front protruding portion, and is operable to abut against the front clamping member so as to lock the latter against rotational movement. A rear clamping member is mounted rotatably on the rear protruding portion, and is biased by a rear biasing member to rotate toward the sleeve tube. An adjusting member is connected to the rear clamping member, and is operable to adjust the biasing force of the rear biasing member.

摘要： A bicycle pedal assembly includes a pedal body having a front part formed with a fixed first jaw projection, a rear part, an intermediate part to mount the pedal body rotatably on an axle, and a cavity formed in the rear part and opened at a top side of the pedal body. A first retaining member has a first spring seat received in the cavity, and an elongated flank formed on top of the first spring seat. The flank has two spaced apart forwardly projecting second jaw projections opposite to the first jaw projection. A second retaining member has a second spring seat which is juxtaposed to the first spring seat in the cavity and which has a top end that projects rearwardly and upwardly from the cavity below the flank. A pivot shaft extends through the cavity to mount pivotally the first and second spring seats thereon. A first torsion spring is sleeved around the pivot shaft in the first spring seat to bias the flank and the second jaw projections to move forwardly. A second torsion spring is sleeved around the pivot shaft in the second spring seat to bias the top end of the second spring seat to move forwardly. A cover plate is disposed at the top side and is mounted on the rear part of the pedal body to cover the cavity.

摘要： A quick-release pedal comprises a pedal body and a pair of retaining units. The pedal body includes a frame portion, a tubular portion and two receiving spaces within the frame portion. A pair of cleat engaging members are respectively provided on upper and lower sides of the tubular member. Each of the cleat engaging members has a claw portion and two fingers of different lengths. Each of the retaining units has first and second hook units, a pair of torsional springs and a pivot pin which is connected to the frame portion through a respective one of the receiving spaces. Each of the first and second hook units has pivot seats connected pivotably to a corresponding one of the pivot pins. Each of the first hook units has a hook section with a tongue which is opposed to the pivot seats. Each of the second hook units has an abutting section which is located behind the tongue. The torsional springs urge the first and second hook units to abut against the fingers of the cleat engaging members. The abutting section and the tongue of each of the first and second hook units are spaced from one another by a predetermined distance.
