    Abstract: A method includes: determining, by a terminal device, M pilots of N air interface technologies on a carrier, where each of the N air interface technologies corresponds to one of the M pilots; measuring, by the terminal device, at least one cell by using the M pilots, to generate a measurement report; and determining, by the terminal device, a target cell in the at least one cell based on the measurement report. After determining the target cell, the terminal device may access the target cell. In this way, a plurality of services that are greatly different may be transmitted by using the N air interface technologies, corresponding air interface technologies are provided based on different service requirements of the terminal device, and resources may be dynamically allocated to the plurality of air interface technologies, thereby effectively improving radio resource utilization.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a method of obtaining user equipment context information that includes: receiving, by a first base station, a first radio resource control (RRC) connection establishment request sent by a user equipment (UE), where the first RRC connection establishment request carries connection status information before the UE sends the first RRC connection establishment request; determining, by the first base station according to the connection status information, whether the first base station meets a condition for requesting the UE context information; if the first base station determines that the first base station does not meet the condition for requesting the UE context information, sending, by the first base station, the UE context information establishment request to a mobility management entity (MME); and receiving, by the first base station, a response message sent by the MME for responding to the UE context information establishment request, where the response message carries the UE context information.

    Abstract: A subframe processing method and device are disclosed. The subframe processing method includes: if data packets that are not received by an evolved NodeB (eNB) include at least two consecutive Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) data packets to be scheduled in a Dynamic Schedule Period (DSP) by the eNB, setting a subframe of the eNB that is used to transmit Dynamic Schedule Information (DSI) corresponding to the DSP to null. When the eNB finds that consecutive MBMS data packets are lost and/or that a type 0 Protocol Data Unit (PDU) group is lost, a subframe used to transmit the DSI may be set to null, thereby preventing the eNB from transmitting incorrect DSI which may interfere with other eNBs and cause incorrect data receiving of a user equipment (UE).
