    摘要: A photoconductor for electrophotography, includes a conductive substrate; a photosensitive layer containing charge generation material formed on the conductive substrate. The charge generation material contains a substituted or unsubstituted gallium phthalocyanine dimer (GaPhC dimmer) and a substituted or unsubstituted hydroxy gallium phthalocyanine (GaPhC monomer) and has distinctive diffraction peaks at the Bragg angles (2θ±0.2) of 7.5° and 28.3° in a Cu-Kα characteristic X-ray diffraction spectrum.
