Abstract:
A power source apparatus distributes a current command value to be supplied to a load to a plurality of output current amplifiers connected in parallel with the load, and each of the output current amplifiers supplies an output current corresponding to the current command value so distributed. This power source apparatus prevents a circulating current between the output current amplifiers by controlling each output current amplifier so that the difference between the output current from each output current amplifier and the distributed current command value becomes zero, or by inserting current limiting devices into the output line of each output current amplifier.

In a solid inductor having an inner conductor formed by passing through a magnetic material, a vitreous diffused material is applied to the surface of the magnetic material, and the diffused material is diffused into the magnetic material by heat treatment, to form a diffusion layer exhibiting low permeability. The thickness of this diffusion layer is adjusted, thereby to make it possible to adjust the inductance value of the solid inductor as well as to improve resistance to humidity of the solid inductor.

A motorcycle of the type having a luggage box in the form of oppositely spaced side cases is organized to reduce the size and weight of the component parts of the vehicle by, according to one aspect of the invention, locating the pivot shaft for the luggage box cover, which attaches the vehicle rear seat, at the front end of the luggage box to reduce the stiffness of the frame parts required to support the cover. Also, the side walls of the side cases are adjustably secured to the vehicle and so configured as to permit selective enlargement of the cases without an attendant increase in aerodynamic drag. The vehicle, further, employs particularly formed side bumpers that are arranged to prevent damage to the laterally extensive side cases of the luggage box in the event of contact between the vehicle and the road surface that would otherwise damage the cowling. Furthermore, the luggage box components are desirably designed to be mounted on a frame structure separate from the vehicle frame but detachably secured thereto in order to facilitate construction and assembly of the vehicle.
Abstract:
A lamination type inductor has a plurality of ferrite sheets assembled one above the other and laminated together, the uppermost and lowermost sheets being end sheets having lead-out conductor patterns thereon and conductor patterns on the surfaces of the end sheets which face each other which are connected to the lead-out conductor patterns and which are for connection to conductor patterns on intermediate sheets, and a plurality of intermediate ferrite sheets, each having a conductor pattern on one surface thereof which corresponds to a 0.25 turn of an inductor coil and a conductor pattern on the other surface which corresponds to a 0.5 turn of an inductor coil, each ferrite sheet having an opening therethrough through which the conductor patterns of the 0.25 and 0.5 turn are electrically connected to form a 0.75 turn of an inductor coil on each ferrite sheet. The conductor patterns on the successive intermediate sheets are connected to each other for forming an inductor coil having a number of turns which is a multiple of 0.75, and the conductor patterns on the upper surface of the uppermost of the plurality of intermediate ferrite sheets and the lower surface of the lowermost of the intermediate ferrite sheets are electrically connected to the conductor patterns on the surfaces of the end sheets which face each other for forming with the lastmentioned conductor pattern a complete inductor coil.
Abstract:
There is provided a technique for securing a large examination space in a tunnel type MRI device without inviting increase of manufacturing cost and without significantly reducing irradiation efficiency or uniformity of the irradiation intensity distribution in an imaging region. Between rungs of a partially cylindrical RF coil, which coil corresponds to a cylindrical RF coil of which part is removed, there are disposed half-loops generating magnetic fields, which are synthesized with magnetic fields generated by loops constituted by adjacent rungs of the partially cylindrical RF coil and rings connecting the rungs to generate a circularly polarized or elliptically polarized magnetic field. Further, high-frequency signals of the same reference frequency having a desired amplitude ratio and phase difference are supplied to the partially cylindrical RF coils and half-loops.
