    Abstract: A method and apparatus for periodic transmissions for a configured grant is provided. A first device operating in a wireless communication system transmits, to a second device, a media access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU) by using a first resource of a configured grant (CG) in a first period for which the first resource of the CG is associated with a HARQ process identifier (ID), and flushes a HARQ buffer associated with the HARQ process ID in a second period for which a second resource of the CG is associated with the HARQ process ID. Then, the first device ignores a retransmission resource associated with the HARQ process ID based on flushing the HARQ buffer.

    Abstract: Provided are a method for a first device carrying out wireless communication, and an apparatus supporting same. The method may comprise the steps of: transmitting sidelink control information (SCI) to a second device via a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH); transmitting data to the second device via a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) which is associated with the PSCCH; determining a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) resource on the basis of a slot and subchannel associated with the PSSCH: increasing a DTX counter by one on the basis of failing to receive hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback on the PSFCH resource; receiving, from the second device, information related to dropping the transmission of the HARQ feedback; and decreasing the DTX counter by N on the basis of the information related to dropping the transmission of the HARQ feedback. Sidelink (SL) radio link failure (RLF) may be declared on the basis that the DTX counter reaches the maximum number of DTXs, and N may be a positive integer.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) transmission using timers for configured grants and discontinuous reception (DRX) is provided. A first wireless device operating in a wireless communication system receives, from a second wireless device, a sidelink HARQ feedback for a media access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU) on a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH), and starts a DRX HARQ round trip time (RTT) timer for a HARQ process ID after end of reception of the sidelink HARQ feedback. Upon expiry of the DRX HARQ RTT timer, the first wireless device starts a DRX retransmission timer, and monitors a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) carrying a sidelink retransmission grant during an active time including a time interval for which the DRX retransmission timer is running.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for selecting a destination based on hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback in a wireless communication system is provided. A first wireless device selects a destination, from multiple destinations, having a first logical channel with a highest priority among multiple logical channels having data available for transmission. The HARQ feedback is disabled for the first logical channel. The first wireless device selects one or more second logical channels not configured with the HARQ feedback among the multiple logical channels.
