摘要: A circuit is disclosed for controlling the drive motor of a motor driven camera in a single frame shot mode, A continuous shooting mode and a bulb mode. The circuit includes provision for controlling the camera from a plurality of positions. A release circuit controls the motor until the shutter is released. Then a film winding circuit controls. The time constant of the film winding circuit may be varied to control the duration between successive shots in a continuous shot mode. For a single shot mode, the film winding circuit is effectively blocked from operating the motor until the release button is no longer depressed.

摘要: An exposure display device for a single lens reflex camera including light display elements for displaying either shutter speed or diaphragm value is disclosed. Nominal values representing either shutter speed or diaphragm value are marked on a glass plate disposed in the vicinity of the focusing plate of the camera's viewfinder. A first display section, comprising a first set of light display elements aligned with (and, if desired, located inbetween) the nominal values, creates a first exposure component (e.g. diaphragm value or shutter speed) display whose value is related to predetermined exposure conditions, such as object brightness, film sensitivity and the other exposure component (e.g. shutter speed or diaphragm value). A second display section, comprising a second set of light display elements, also aligned with the nominal values, creates a second display of the exposure component chosen to be displayed. The second display represents the actual position of the camera element controlling the displayed exposure component.

摘要: An exposure meter circuit includes a photo diode 2 and associated components 1, 3-6 for producing a first logarithmically compressed voltage V.sub.1 proportional to the apex value B.sub.v of the sensed brightness level. The temperature characteristic of the transistor 1 coupled to the diode 2 is compensated for by developing a second logarithmically compressed voltage V.sub.2 and subtracting V.sub.1 from it in an operational amplifier 9. The voltage V.sub.2 is produced by a transistor 11 whose base is coupled to the cathode of a light emitting diode 13 and whose collector output is returned to the power supply through a diode wired transistor 12. The temperature characteristic of the LED is the same as that of a transistor, whereby compensation is realized.

摘要: An apparatus that detects an in-focus state according to the present invention has a plurality of line sensors arranged on a projection area of an optical image-forming system; a plurality of monitor sensors arranged on the projection area with each monitor sensor positioned adjacent to a corresponding line sensor and monitoring a quantity of light incident on the corresponding line sensor; an electric charge accumulation controller that controls the timing of completion of the accumulation of electric charges in the plurality of line sensors on the basis of monitor signals output from corresponding monitor sensors; that controls the timing of the commencement of the subsequent accumulation of electric charges in the plurality of line sensors; and a signal output processor that reads the accumulated electric charges from the plurality of line sensors and then outputs image signals corresponding to an object image. The electric charge accumulation controller commences accumulation of electric charges before the reading of all electric charges in the plurality of line sensors finishes.

摘要: A camera system having a camera body and a photographing lens, which can be mounted to and dismounted from the camera body, includes a determining device which determines a type of the photographing lens in accordance with data received from the photographing lens; and a body controller which has a function to send body data and individual function data to the photographing lens, wherein each of the individual function data is required for a corresponding function that the photographing lens possesses. The body controller sends all the body data to the photographing lens regardless of the type of the photographing lens, and sends a portion of the individual function data which is associated with the type of the photographing lens to the photographing lens.

摘要: A camera system includes a photographing lens having a lens memory and/or a lens controller, and a camera body including a body controller which can communicate with the lens memory and/or the lens controller; a first power and a second power which can be supplied to the photographing lens. The lens memory and the lens controller operate with the first power and the second power, respectively, when the photographing lens is mounted to the camera body. The body controller supplies the first power to the photographing lens to drive the lens memory to read data from the lens memory, and subsequently disables the lens memory and supplies the second power to the lens controller so that the body controller and the lens controller communicate with each other if the body controller determines, from the lens data, that the photographing lens includes the lens controller.
