    Abstract: The present invention provides a user terminal that reports channel state information to base station apparatus in order to reduce the overhead of signaling required in beam measurements and to lower the complexity of beam measurements and calculation, and, in this user terminal, a receiving section that receives basis beam reference signals, each included in one or a plurality of basis beams transmitted from the base station, a determining section that determines a leading beam and a secondary beam to combine with the leading beam, based on the basis beam reference signals received, and a transmission section that transmits combination information about combination of the leading beam and the secondary beam to the base station apparatus, are provided.

    Abstract: A method of codeword (CW) mapping in a wireless communication system includes determining, with a Transmission and Reception Point (TRP), order of resources mapped to the CW, and mapping, with the TRP, the CW to resources in accordance with the determined order. The order of resources is determined based on a frequency resource, a time resource, and a layer. The determining determines the order based on a type of re¬ transmission control. The type of re-transmission control is CW-level Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) and code block group (CBG)-level HARQ. When the CW-level HARQ is applied, the determining determines the order as order of the layer, the frequency resource, and the time resource. When the CBG-level HARQ is applied, the determining determines the order as order of the frequency resource, the layer, and the time resource.

    Abstract: According to one aspect of the present invention, a user terminal has a transmission section that is capable of transmitting a plurality of waveforms including a first waveform and a second waveform while switching therebetween, wherein the first waveform is based on a first transmission scheme and the second waveform is based on a second transmission scheme, and transmits the first waveform at a given timing, by using a given cell, and a control section that calculates a power headroom for the second waveform, which is one of the plurality of waveforms and which is not transmitted at the given timing. According to one aspect of the present invention, communication can be continued adequately even when communication is performed by using multiple waveforms.
