    摘要: This invention relates to a continuously treating line for a steel band, having a heating furnace by directly flaming. For heating the steel band with causing reduction, the heating furnace of directly flaming system is provided with a plurality of heating burners of reduction system which may form non-equilibrium range of the air and the fuel in a flame, that is, a reduction range, wherein the heating burners are positioned at predetermined arrangement with respect to the steel band and at a certain pitch predetermined in relation with an inner diameter of the burner in a line running direction.The treating line has said heating furnace constructed as mentioned above and a subsequent atmosphere furnace, and said atmosphere furnace may be provided with a sealing chamber having various means for avoiding invasion of the outer air.The line has, in order, a pre-heating furnace, said heating furnace and an indirectly heating furnace, and it may be furnished with intermediate chambers between respective furnaces for preventing the furnace gas from moving, and further may be furnished with an after-burning chamber for perfectly burning a combustion exhaust gas to be supplied to the pre-heating chamber.

The igniter body, the collar, and the tubular holder are separate members, and are integrated by a resin (provided that the holder is not fitted by being inserted into the collar or a resin portion covering the collar). The tubular holder has a tubular body portion and a convex portion covered by the resin and formed on an outer circumferential surface of the tubular body portion in the diametrical direction or on an inner circumferential surface of the tubular body portion in the diametrical direction. A fitting portion is provided to the inner circumferential surface of the tubular body portion for fitting the connector.

    摘要: A constant-velocity joint includes an outer ring having an annular space therein and an opening at one axial end thereof. The annular space is defined by a radially outer wall and a radially inner wall of the outer ring. At least one of the radially outer wall and the radially inner wall has three axially extending track grooves circumferentially spaced apart from each other by 120 degrees. A cage is inserted in the annular space. The cage has pockets at positions corresponding to the track grooves, respectively. A ball is received in each of the pockets so as to roll along one of the track grooves. A pair of diametrically opposed protrusions is formed at radially inner and outer open ends of the pockets of the cage to prevent the balls from coming out of the pockets of the cage.

    摘要: A tripod type constant-velocity joint includes an outer ring formed with three axially extending track grooves circumferentially spaced apart from each other by 120 degrees. Each track groove has a pair of opposed, axially extending side faces. A tripod member is inserted in the outer ring. The tripod member includes three protrusions each slidably received in one of the track grooves and having a pair of circumferentially curved side faces each opposing one of the pair of side faces of each track groove. Torque is thus transmitted between the outer ring and the tripod member. At least the protrusions of the tripod member are formed of a synthetic resin.
