摘要： A method, telecommunication terminal, short message service center and telecommunication system is disclosed for transmission of a message from a first telecommunication terminal to a second telecommunication terminal, of which at least one is connected to a line-connected telephone network. The message is converted as a short message into the short message format, a connection setup is realized and the short message is transmitted in the short message format to a short message service center and from the latter to the second telecommunication terminal, where the transmission of the short message to the short message center and/or to the second telecommunication terminal is carried out by means of DTMF or FSK off-hook signaling in the voice band.

摘要： The invention relates to a lock, in particular a hoop lock, having a lock housing, in which a locking cylinder of the lock is arranged, including a cylinder housing, a barrel rotatably mounted in the cylinder housing and a driver unit associated in a drive effective manner with the barrel, and having at least one bolt coupled to the barrel via the driver unit, so that by rotating the barrel the at least one bolt is moveable from a locked position into a release position. The lock housing has a receiving space in an axial extension of the locking cylinder, with the locking cylinder or a part thereof being able to be displaced from an operational position into the receiving space on the application of a predefined force in the axial direction of the locking cylinder, to adopt a sabotage position, in which the coupling of the at least one bolt to the barrel is taken out of operation.

摘要： An advertisement device for direct mail delivery from a sender to a recipient. The advertisement device includes a synthetic panel having a front side, a back side, an advertisement on at least one of the front side and the back side, and a thickness sufficient to maintain integrity of the synthetic panel. The advertisement device also includes a response panel for responding to the advertisement. The response panel has information responsive to the advertisement thereon and is adapted to receive delivery information thereon. The response panel is attachable to the synthetic panel for direct mail delivery to the recipient with the synthetic panel, is detachable from the synthetic panel, and is adapted for direct mail delivery from the recipient to the sender.

摘要： Methods are described for providing localized heating in an oil well at precise depths to accomplish or expedite specific objectives. The methods involve the use of a heating tool which can be lowered into an oil well to apply heat at a precise depth to achieve a desired result. The specific objectives may include localized heating of a fresh cement slurry to accelerate curing, or localized heating of recently emplaced chemicals which are formulated to be thermally activated. One purpose of such chemicals is to viscosify or increase in gel strength after being pumped into an oil well production zone, in order to restrict the production of unwanted formation fluids such as water.

The semiconductor gas sensor can be made of silicon by means of micro engineering.

摘要： The present disclosure is directed to a system for providing restrained, streamlined access to a computerized information source. The system--which works in association with a multipurpose computer--includes a discrete article, such as an advertising specialty like a mouse pad, having facilities to receive a user input and, in turn, generate a unique predetermined signal based on the input. The system further includes software for configuring the computer to respond to each unique predetermined signal by executing one or more commands, as selected and stored within the software. Each configuration can be dynamically locked such that the commands to be executed upon the unique input are not alterable without an authorization mechanism, such as a password. The software also responds to receipt of one of the unique predetermined signals by executing the commands associated with the received signal. A method for performing same is also disclosed. This system and method have particular application in advertising a business on the Internet, facilitating access to various locations within the domain of an Internet content provider and in managing a computer network.
