A display panel may include a plurality of pixel groups, a first lighting test circuit for testing at least one pixel of the plurality of pixel groups, a demultiplexer for providing data signals to the plurality of pixel groups, and a second lighting test circuit for testing one or more pixels of the plurality of pixel groups. At least one of the first lighting test circuit and the demultiplexer is positioned between the plurality of pixel groups and the second lighting test circuit.

A display device includes a display panel including a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines, and a plurality of unit pixels. Each unit pixel includes a plurality of sub-pixels, each coupled to a respective data line. The plurality of sub-pixels includes a red sub-pixel, a first green sub-pixel, a blue sub-pixel, and a second green sub-pixel. The display device further includes a data driver configured to output data signals via output channels. The display device additionally includes a plurality of demultiplexers configured to selectively connect data signals output from the output channels to the plurality of sub-pixels in response to a plurality of select signals that are sequentially provided to the plurality of demultiplexers. The display device further includes a scan driver configured to provide scan signals to the unit pixels through the scan lines, and a timing controller.

The display includes a semiconductor layer formed over a substrate, a scan line formed over the semiconductor layer and configured to provide a scan signal, and a light emission control line formed over the semiconductor layer and configured to provide a light emission control signal. The display includes a data line configured to provide a data voltage and a driving voltage line configured to provide a driving voltage, wherein the driving voltage line crosses the scan line and is electrically insulated from the scan line. A switching transistor is electrically connected to the scan line and the data line and includes a switching drain electrode. A driving transistor includes a driving source electrode electrically connected to the switching drain electrode. Any one of the semiconductor layer and the light emission control line includes an extension at least partially overlapping the data line.

Each of the first driving circuits outputs a first signal to the first signal line of a corresponding one of the pixels. Each of the second driving circuits outputs a second signal to the second signal line of a corresponding one of the pixels.
