Abstract: A method and a user equipment (UE) are provided for explicitly linking repeated physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs). The UE receives the repeated PDCCHs from a network. Each of the repeated PDCCHs include downlink control information (DCI) that schedules reception of a same physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) at the UE. The UE links the repeated PDCCHs having common PDCCH candidate numbers across search space (SS) sets of a control resource set (CORESET). The repeated PDCCHs are received in accordance with the UE and the network communicating using a multi-transmission and reception point (TRP) repetition scheme or a multi-TRP multi-chance scheme.

Abstract: A method and a user equipment (UE) are provided for resource allocation. The UE receives repeated physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs) from a network. Each of the repeated PDCCHs includes downlink control information (DCI) that schedules reception of a same physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) at the UE. The UE determines resources for at least one of transmission and reception at the UE, from a PDCCH having a latest start symbol or a latest ending symbol among the repeated PDCCHs. The repeated PDCCHs are received in accordance with the UE and the network communicating using a multi-transmission reception point (TRP) repetition scheme or a multi-TRP multi-chance scheme.

Determining the CBR based on the measured number of resources includes comparing a total number of measured resources within the first window to a second threshold; in response to the total number of measured resources being less than the second threshold, determining the CBR as a pre-configured CBR; and in response to the total number of measured resources being greater than or equal to the second threshold, determining the CBR based on a ratio of the number of the measured resources having the RSSI greater than the first threshold to the total number of measured resources within the first window.

Abstract: A method for cross carrier scheduling can include: determining that a candidate DCI for a UE schedules a DG PDSCH that at least partially overlaps an SPS PDSCH for the UE, wherein the DCI is configured to be transmitted on a first CC having a first SCS, and the DG PDSCH is configured for transmission on a second CC having a second SCS different from the first SCS; determining a timing gap based on the smallest of the first SCS and the second SCS; determining that an available time between the scheduled SPS PDSCH and the DCI is equal to or greater than the timing gap; cancelling the SPS PDSCH responsive to determining that the available time between the scheduled SPS PDSCH and the DCI is equal to or greater than the timing gap; and transmitting the DCI to the UE.

Detecting the beam failure may include detecting the beam failure based on a beam failure measurement configuration. The method may further include receiving the beam failure measurement configuration at the UE. The UE may receive the beam failure measurement configuration based on a preconfigured uplink resources (PUR) response. The UE may receive the beam failure measurement configuration based on a system information block (SIB) transmission.
