摘要： A process for producing a fuser member coating including a) adding and reacting a fluoroelastomer, a crosslinking agent, a polar solvent, and a fluorinated blend comprising a fluorinated copolymer surfactant and a fluorinated polydimethylsiloxane additive to form a coating solution, and b) providing the coating solution on the fuser member to form a fuser member coating, wherein the fluorinated copolymer surfactant comprises a copolymer selected from the group consisting of a fluorinated acrylate copolymer and a fluorinated polyether copolymer, and wherein said fluorinated polydimethylsiloxane additive comprises pendant fluorinated groups.

摘要： A fuser member having a substrate, an outer polymeric layer, an outer polymeric layer, and a release agent material coating on the outer polymeric layer, wherein the release agent material coating includes a copolymer having the following formula: wherein A and B are the same or different, and each represents —R4—X, wherein R4 represents an alkyl group having from about 1 to about 10 carbons, X represents —NH2 or —NHR6NH2 with R6 representing an alkyl group having from about 1 to about 10 carbons; R1 and R2 are the same or different and each is selected from the group consisting of an alkyl having from about 1 to about 25 carbons, an aryl having from about 4 to about 10 carbons, and an arylalkyl; R3 and R5 are the same or different and each is selected from the group consisting of an alkyl having from about 1 to about 25 carbons, an aryl having from about 4 to about 10 carbons, an arylalkyl, and a substituted diorganosiloxane chain having from about 1 to about 500 siloxane units; b and c are numbers and are the same or different and each satisfy the conditions of 0≦b≦10 and 10≦c≦1,000, but both b and c must not be 0 at the same time; d and d′ are numbers and are the same or different and are 2 or 3, and e and e′ are numbers and are the same or different and are 0 or 1, and satisfy the conditions that d+e=3 and d′+e′=3, f is a number of from about 0 to about 10, and b+c+f is from about 0 to about 10.

摘要： An apparatus comprised of a charging component, a development component, a transport component, a photoconductive component, and a fusing component, and wherein the development component contains a toner comprising at least one binder in an optional amount of from about 85 to about 99 percent by weight, at least one colorant in an optional amount of from about 0.5 to about 15 percent by weight, and calcium stearate in an optional amount of from about 0.05 to about 2 percent by weight and wherein following triboelectric contact with carrier particles, the toner has a charge Q measured in femtocoulombs per particle diameter D measured in microns (Q/D) of from about −0.1 to about −1 fC/μm with a variation during development of from about 0 to about 0.25 fC/μm and wherein the distribution is substantially unimodal and possesses a peak width of from about 0.1 fC/μm to about 0.5 fC/μm and the toner possesses a charge to mass M, as measured in grams, ratio (Q/M) of from about −25 to about −70 μC/gram with variation of Q/M during development of from about 0 to about 15 μC/gram.

摘要： A tubular knitted body portion, first and second opposed band portions, each of the first and second band portions formed from a segment of respective tubular knitted band portions containing at least some elastic yarns. First and second seams close respective edges of the first and second opposed band portions to each other to define a single band having an elongated shape for being fitted in a stretched condition onto and hugging only the lower portion of the foot with the joined first and second bands positioned on the asymmetrical portion of the foot below the ankle. One of the seams extends along the top of the foot in substantial alignment with the longitudinal axis of the toes. The other of the seams extends along the back of the heel substantially along the longitudinal axis of the Achilles tendon.
